Extremely depressing property

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Logement vieillissant méritant un rafraîchissement et la climatisation pourrait être un gros plus pour le confort du logement en plein été.

Booked a room for seven nights, but checked out after the first night. It was incredibly hot that week, around 105 degrees. The room had no air conditioning, or fans. The windows could not be open during the evening because there were no screens in the windows and with the mosquitoes and bats flying around that was not an option. It was cooler outside than in the room. When I decided to check out the following day the staff were apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. The resort, as of now has not offered a refund for the remaining six nights.

Appartement idéal pour 1 ou 2 personnes, bien équipé et calme. La résidence est proche de la campagne et de la ville. La piscine est très agréable.

L'appartement est spacieux, pour 1 ou 2, c'est parfait, accès à la piscine très agréable, parking en face proche mais mal éclairé (le détecteur de présence n'est pas bien réglé), résidence calme et proche de la nature (et d'un supermarché).

We stayed in an apartment for 4-6 people for 3 nights. Not happy on a few accounts. 1. There is an exhorbitant deposit required on arrival. 2. There was a detailed inventory we had to check through on arrival and a cost per item if anything was missing. (Some things were missing when we arrived!). 3. We were presented with sheets/towels on arrival. 4. The booking said they spoke French and English. On arrival the person on reception didn't speak any English (although there were other people on reception on other days who did speak some English). (I know it's our problem really for not knowing too much French !). 5. The apartment wasn't well designed. Toilet upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Not much room downstairs and apart from hard chairs next to the table there was only seating for 3. 6. Outside, there was a table and chairs but again, only seats for 3. 7. The grounds (grass area) didn't look particularly well maintained. The pool and jaccuzzi looked good although we didn't use those. You can walk into town. It takes about 30 mins which is fine if you're going in for a few hours.

For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return.

L'appartement est spacieux et agréable, la piscine est un plus. Proche de Bergerac. L'accès au wifi et à internet ont été perturbés par des coupures ou pannes (pas d'informations communiquées).

Perfect place to stay with your family. There's a lot to do in the surrounding area. 5mn away from the supermarket Leclerc and 10mn away from the amazing town of Bergerac. Great and vibrante at night with all the little restaurants and places to enjoy the culture and music. The only downside of the property was the lack of air-conditioning.

Le site est agréable, l'accès gratuit à la piscine est un plus. Les logements sont pratiques et adaptés. Ce serait bien que le wifi soit inclus dans le prix.

Son apartamentos con distribucion de bungalows de cámping. Genial para 4. Con piscina medio cubierta. Para hacer la compra, mejor en coche.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Safe enclosed hotel with plenty of free parking. Apartment was falling apart. Furniture and fixtures needed updating, wardrobe doors not functioning properly, microwave needed a deep clean. The stairs were extremely noisy and were coming away from the wall, it's probably a matter of time before the structure gives way. Stained sheet provided. There's no way the 6/8 apartment can comfortably accommodate that many people given that 3 would have to be sleeping downstairs on the pull out sofa. These were closed during our stay and we could barely get around the living area. We only stayed for 2 nights so the flows didn't really affect us but I would not recommend booking it for a longer stay.
