전체 평가 및 리뷰 SpringHill Suites by Marriott Louisville Downtown

It was a very busy weekend at the hotel with basketball tournaments happening in town. So it was a little bit noisy in the hallways but overall it was a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, spacious and breakfast is decent. Convenient to walk to of places. I would stay again

Nothing special stood out. I did like the emails the management sent out. My son appreciated the popcorn they put out for visitors. I didn't like that they didn't have our rooms ready when they said they were going to be ready. A few of us were waiting.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were so nice so helpful to me and my family. We had a issue with the bathroom door and a repair person was there to fix it within the time frame given. Only downside is I wish we would have known or the site would have shown there were adjoining rooms on-site. We have a big family.

Flight was delayed, and the property would not accommodate my stay. They canceled my entire booking and rerouted me to another hotel.

Was is a great location for what we needed

Do not stay here. Marriott should be embarrassed. 1.) Parking is $19 per night. 2.) The hotel is dated and dirty. Carpet stains and torn hallway chandeliers. 3.) The area around the hotel is sketchy. 4.) It is a very noisy hotel - street noise and hallway noise. 5.) Breakfast is included. However, given the condition of the hotel, we opted to eat elsewhere. 6.) Our hotel room always felt damp - carpet, sheets, comforters - no matter how much we cranked the AC. 7.) The shower floor was stained and dirty, there was a nice crack in the bathroom sink, and the mini refrigerator had water sitting in it. 8.) The front desk staff were friendly, nice, and helpful. But could be a bit more professional and polished. 9.) There was barely a lobby. Overall, it was a subpar experience.

The room was great. Plenty of space for a little work then rest. The only downside was the world smallest sink

Very nice property. But if I could change one thing about Springhill Suites in general, is the sliding doors on the bathroom and shower areas.. not a fan of the sliding doors.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was extremely friendly. We loved that it was centrally located, easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and easy parking lot to get into

Hotel was clean , Staff was nice ! Only thing I did not like was the breakfast .same options everyday . No real waffle maker. The English muffins in the bin were molded. Other than that nice hotel .

Close to the conference center.

Connected to another hotel, both sides seemed to work together well. Room was clean and spacious.

Fire alarm went off one morning and multiple times the next night. I was told I would get Marriot points and we received nothing for the horrible inconvenience.

The staff was very nice and helpful, however I was disappointed in the amenities. I am not sure how often water and coffee are refilled but the few trips through the main entrance both in the lobby and second floor at various times there was nothing to drink.
