Location and looking are good. We were in good mood first day but after breakfast, my husband was sick. Maybe, food was not fresh. We couldn't enjoy anymore because of that. And also, production what they put in the swimming pool was too strong. We needed to use hair conditioner several times after it.

Property is located at prime location. However the rooms do not have any view and in my opinion the amount they charged is way too high for this kind of room. Very dissatisfied with the room. After staying for two nights I vacated and moved to a better hotel.

Felt the property is not well maintained.. not a five star stay experience

Lovely resort. Great service. Airport pickup. Reception. My room overlooking the pool and garden. Restaurant. Pool bar. The staff, all of whom give it all they've got. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely grounds, well maintained and huge. And then on to the beach. Perfect. Wonderful service from Ruella, Goma, Aliya, Hemant, Mintu and Bhupal who kept me well fed. Introducing me to Dosa for breakfast which i grew to love, and ensuring i always had everything i needed. The pool is brilliant. Its massive. Its well maintained. The pool guys / lifeguards fo a superb job. Come to Kenilworth. You will have fun.

I loved it here. Efficient friendly staff in all areas... the pool guys, the room service, Lovelita and Richa welcoming faces in Reception. I extended my trip twice and have nice memories. Goma, Suninjat, Ruella, Bhupal served me constantly in the restaurant. Thankyou Hemant for introducing me to Dosa and Sambar for breakfast. Alija for picking me up on her scooter on her way into work. Is a nice memory for me. Tanmay, Flavian, Joshua, Rohan and Sam for loading me with cocktails and vodkas. I was living like a King.

All the staff are brilliant. Friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Hemant for introducing me to Dosa and Sambar. Thankyou to Alija for giving me a lift back to the hotel on her scooter. That was very memorable. All the boys in the lobby and pool bars. Mintu, Suninjat, Goma, Ruella and Bhopal who served me lovely grub twice a day every day. It was brilliant. Pukka pool too.

Its good

We booked the property for a family of four adults without any expectations. Our four day trip was memorable. Enjoyed all the facilities provided by the property. I will suggest they should implement a guest login access through web which can provide all the details of your booking plus extra spending done each day at the property. It will give clear financial visibility before checkout. We may need a longer holiday to see GOA.

Very good hotel, good staff, overall a good experience

Staff service excellent but taking far too long to serve food from the time order has been placed.

We had terrible experience at the checkin. We got 3rd room after 3:30pm. It wasn't ready at 3. And when we asked for VIP access they didn't have any information and didn't offer any help or VIP access. They were simply uninterested in offering any VIP access or even providing something in replacement to room upgrade

Arrived to a room smelling strong of urine. Didn’t get a connected room until last day, despite being promised one upfront. The elevator didn’t work for 3 of 4 days when we stayed. The baby crib was a joke (looked homemade) and didn’t have a mattress. The canteen staff said that our nanny had to pick up the baby chair herself while holding the baby. Not enough baby chairs in the restaurant. The Ines they had was disgusting, full of black mold and looked like they had never been cleaned. Luggage boy and security tried to put us in a normal taxi despite us having prepaid for an airport drop off. Don’t provide any shade or beach chairs on the beach. Loud construction going on until 21:00 in the evening, even Saturday and Sunday. In summary, we didn’t enjoy our stay at all and we won’t be coming back.

Lovely place, great service, only not so good thing I have to say is it was quite expensive to eat and drink there and the taxi service they use is a rip-off. In example I got a taxi from the hotel to Gopa airport in North Goa about 1 hour and 15 minutes, I paid 3000 INR in a local taxi, but the hotel taxi was 6000 INR. Nevertheless a lovely hotel with impeccable service.

Best resort for kids and families.

Great resort if you want to enjoy an exclusive time with your friends/ family. Large rooms that can easily accommodate a family of 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. Nice large swimming pools separate for adults and kids. Access to clean and beautiful beach to enjoy morning swims and late evening sunsets. Very courteous and helpful staff. In house bfast lunch and dinners are limited but taste great Lots of dining options nearby including Martins corner.
