살루트역에서 도보3분, 산마르코광장까지 20여분에 한번씩 오는 바포레토로 이동하기도 쉽고 호텔에서 광장까지 걸어가도 20여분, 아카데미아다리랑 페기구겐하임, 살루테성당 가까워서 위치가 너무 만족스러웠어요 조식레스토랑은 grand canal 보며 먹을수있는 팬시한 레스토랑이었는데 음식은 소소했지만 과일이 많아서 나름 만족스러웠고 다시 묵을 의사있습니다. 직원들도 친절한 편이었고 테라스가 있는 방이라 더 좋았네요. 냄새없이 실내도 깨끗했어요

perfect location overlooking grand canal, away from major tourist area which gave me a big break, but still close to cool museums around. staffs are very helpful and hotel interior and room condition are fantastic!!

I expected great service from a 5 star hotel. The front desk employees needs better training on hospitality. The hotel manager did his best to resolve any issues we had.

A pesar de ser un hotel de 5 estrellas y de lujo, no es el mejor, mi botella nunca me la entregaron ni la subieron, la pedi dos veces y nada… la tuve que pedir en mi salida de la estancia, muy simple el cuarto

Cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms stood out for me. I like that there’s a walk-in shower stall and a tub. The double sink too works for a family of 3.

An outstanding hotel in a great location for all the main attractions in Venice. Short walk (5 mins max) to the waterbus stop Salute. Great attractions also 5 to 10 mins away such as Peggy Guggenheim and the Academic gallery.

Fantastic location in a quieter neighborhood but still walkable to the main attractions. Beautiful views and wonderful attentive service. The BEST in Venice

The hotel view is amazing, but besides that the house keeping is horrible, the room service is awful, only sandwishes, and some of the staff is very rude.... I dont think this is a 5 star hotel, and it is definitely doesnt worth the money !!!

Could not have been happier with this hotel, close to Doges Palace and St Marks but on the other side of the Grand Canal which makes it much quieter and less hectic. The hotel is beautiful, full of stunning art (all available to purchase), the views are great (worth paying up for a canal view imho) and the staff superb, could not have been more helpful.
