I had a very pleasant stay here. Very strategic at the center of the city. Definitely will come again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Good location, near BTS and Metro station, and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The staffs were kind and helpful.

The hotel room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast choice was great too.

Sebenarnya hotel termasuk sudah cukup tua, tapi masih terawat dengan baik dan kebersihan terjaga. Dekat dengan stasiun dan mal sehingga cukup memudahkan untuk mobile kesana-kemari.

good hotel and great service, location is also awesome, near to bts station, which make us easy to explore bangkok. very recommended !

khách sạn đúng chuẩn 4 sao, vô cùng sạch sẽ, nhân viên rất thân thiện vị trí sát mặt đường lớn nên dể dàng đón xe và gần terminal 21 cách 3 phút đi bộ, mình đã ở 4 đêm và rất hài lòng

The room is spacious and the staffs are polite, the only weakness is walking distance to terminal 21 is quite far

Although one of our room (room 706) had mini refrigerator issue, the staffs are responsive and trying to fix and even replace it. The other problem we had that the door on the other room we had (room 704) is not locking itself from the outside like it normally do in all other rooms (or even in any other hotel rooms i'm sure), so anyone from the outside of the room can open the door without the keycard. We told the staff regarding this door issue, and they said they are fixing it right away, they confirmed back to us and told us that they fixed it. But we tried it and it was still the same, we doesn't need the keycard to open the room. Luckily the hotel was safe, and nothing is missing. The staffs are helpful too.

Prime location in downtown Bangkok city. Very close to Asok BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station, which is connected to Terminal 21 Mall. The staff are nice and polite, they can speak English fluently. The room and bathroom are clean. But the air-condition needs to be renew cause of old style.

Plus: 3min walk to Terminal 21, 5mins walk to BTS Asok, friendly staff. Minus: end of Sukhumvit area, convenience store is far. Located opposite hotel by skybridge, small lobby, small pool.

service at the reception counter was fast and pleasant, when entering the hotel, I guess the security is the bell man, as soon as I entered the hotel, he gave us welcome drink, refreshing smell i.e lemongrass flavor. Toilet was nice, there is a bath tub, room was just nice for 3 pax of adult. MRT Asoke was 5 minutes walk from the hotel, lots of spa along the road, just choose which is the nice one, near to the mall i.e terminal 21, to get to siam paragon need to take the MRT about 5 minutes to 10 minutes.

Good access to MRT Asoke. Close distance to Terminal 21 for shopping and food selections.

ก็ดีในระดับนึง ใกล้บีทีเอส แต่ก็เดินไกล

Very bad English spoken at the reception....Also a t shirt despaired from my room!
