전체 평가 및 리뷰 Dubrovnik Palace

전날에 좁은 두브로브니크 올드타운 호텔에서 지내다가 이 호텔에 온 것만으로도 좋았는데, 방을 무료 업그레이드해 주셔서 넓고 쾌적한 객실에서 환상적인 석양을 즐기니 너무 좋았습니다. 올드타운 관광으로 지친 몸과 마음을 여기에서 제대로 힐링했네요. 호텔 주변으로 해변산책길 뿐만 아니라 숲속 산책길도 아주 좋아요. 이번에는 4월이라 수영을 즐길수는 없었는데 여름 시즌에는 수영장과 바로 앞 바다를 충분히 즐기고 싶네요. 딱 하나 아쉬웠던건 객실온도 조절장치가 문제인지 몰라도 원하는 온도로 조절이 안돼서 잠잘때 좀 추웠다는겁니다. 추천합니다!!

구시가지까지 버스로 15분이면 갈 수 있으며 새로 지은 건물답게 깨끗한 시설 다양한 편의시설 친절한 직원까지 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다.

This hotel is very good, facilities are excellent, pool area and beach are very nice. The only thing we didn’t like is that the room and floor decor are outdated.

Location was perfect overlooking the Adriatic beautiful sunset. Bus stop right outside of the hotel was perfect for visiting the old town. Short walk in the local area and ate fabulous food! Area is a bit expensive but had a fabulous time. Hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend if you're staying in Dubrovnik anytime

Bu otelde daha önce kaldığım için aşağı yukarı ne bulacağımı biliyordum. Otelin karelerin üzerindeki hakim konumu, gün batışının güzelliği, çalışanların titizliği ve cana yakınlığı, güler yüzlü elbette aklımızda kalan en önemli ayrıntılardan bir tanesiydi. Diğer taraftan şehre yakınlığı, önünden her türlü ulaşım olanağının geçmesi de not ettiğimiz güzellikler arasında. Odaların manzarası, temizliği tertipli olması, konforu ve iklimlendirmesi adına uygun bir şekilde tasarlanmış. Özellikle kahvaltı, öğlen yemeği ve akşam yemeği aklımızda kalan detaylar arasında. Aynı zamanda oda servisinin de zamanında ve yerinde hizmet verdiğinde söylemeliyim. Dubrovnik çift olarak zaten son derece cana yakın bulduğumuz, tertemiz bir şehir. Deniz aşağı yukarı dünyanın neresine gidersek gidelim bulamayacağımız kadar güzel temiz. Adriyatik güneşi başka güneşe benzemiyor, dolayısıyla plajın her tarafında şemsiyeler bulundurulması ve plaj görevlilerinin hemen yardıma koşması da altını çizmem gereken önemli özelliklerden biri oldu. Otele girişte ve çıkışta fevkalade hizmet aldım. Aynı zamanda havalimanı transferleri de arzu edilen seviyedeydi. Eğer tüm yazdıklarını özetlemek istersek: otel Hırvatistan’ın en iyi otellerinden biri, aynı zamanda Avrupa’nın da önde gelen otellerinden sayılabilir. Paranızın hakkını veriyor. Özellikle haziran temmuz ağustos aylarında gitmek isteyenler var ise şehrin içindeki güzellikleri de keşfetmelerini tavsiye ediyoruz. Otel görevlileri bu konuda!yardımcı oluyorlar…..

Did not feel clean. Rooms very average for the cost.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Buses from outside the door to the old town were great and very regular. All staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel for our anniversary — our third time visiting Croatia and our second time returning to this hotel, eight years after our first stay. From check-in to checkout, everything exceeded our expectations. The entire team — from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant staff — were exceptional. We’ve stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one stands out. There’s a genuine warmth and down-to-earth humour here that you rarely find elsewhere, and it made all the difference. A special thank you to the General Manager, Hrvoje, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Your kindness and attention to detail truly elevated our trip — we’re so grateful. Croatia remains one of our favourite places to visit, and the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel has firmly become our place to stay. Thank you again for making our anniversary so special — we’ll be back.

The so called air conditioning in the room remained fairly constantly at 24 to 24.5 degrees. It was 30 or over outside at the time of our stay. The first person who was sent to fix it said it was working properly by waving a probe right by the ceiling vent and then left. We had a deluxe sea view room, perhaps in a smaller room the system may cope better. The second person confirmed that the system was working but you can only get 3 degrees below a certain temperature. He suggested we keep the curtains shut and leave the system on constantly. It was uncomfortably hot at night. It felt like we were staying in a cave with the black out blinds shut in the vain hope it might get cooler. We could not appreciate what is a lovely view or use the balcony. Rather than trying to give us another room we were sent a bottle of prosecco and a letter saying the system would be fixed. It never was. Its not five star on a lot of levels from the cheap fixtures in the room, the buffet breakfast that was plentiful but not great on quality to the general feel of the place. It's tired, old lifts, the windows in the restaurant looked dirty and the plants outside the restaurant looked half dead. Its like a very busy four star conference hotel. The staff are generally curteous, but some on the front desk were quite abrupt and sadly ineffectual in helping. The location is good and the view beautiful if you can enjoy it, but I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, great stay!! I would say the breakfast buffet is great. But the rest of the food is average- walk down to the local area and eat at triniti or one of the local restaurants. Uber also super cheap. Would stay at this hotel every time

Fantastic views and well maintained hotel to the north of the old town. Convenient access to bus into the old town which runs until late. Nice pool and direct access into sea. Plenty of sun loungers. Rooms were quite narrow with limited space for large cases. Breakfasts were disappointing compared to other 5* hotels I’ve stayed in across Europe. Whilst we didn’t eat on evening, the food looked equally disappointing.
