매우만족스러운 숙박이였습니다

1. 관광지에서는 거리가 꽤 먼 편입니다. 2. 컨시어지들이 능숙한 것 같지는 않았어요. 이름은 기억이 나지 않는데 젊은 여성분 한 분만 어려움 없이 의사소통할 수 있는 사람이었습니다. 다른 분들도 친절하시기는 했던 것 같은데, 남자 컨시어지 한분이 건성이었던 기억이 납니다. 3. 청소는 불만족스러운 경우가 두 번 정도 있었습니다. 청소를 하고 나간 것 같기는 한데 청소가 덜 된 느낌을 받았던 경우가 있었고, 청소 이후 뭔가 이것저것 흐트러진 느낌을 받았던 경우가 있습니다. 4. 침구 아래쪽에 얼룩 같은 게 있더라구요. 세탁 후에도 지지 않은 건지 관리가 제대로 안되고 있는 건지는 모르겠지만, 굉장히 찝찝함이 남았습니다. 5. 대체로 무난하다는 인상을 받았습니다.

Too early room cleaning in the morning..

가격 대비 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 아침식사 뷔페는 꽤 맛있었습니다. 호텔 시설은 전반적으로 좀 묵은 느낌. 위치는 아주 좋습니다.

Cleaness, sauna, swimming pool

I have stayed many times over the past two years. Friendly staff, gym and wellness center is a bonus but unfortunately quite a few things were out of service/broken during my stay this time. I paid more than previous stays and there is more of a decline this time. Breakfast could use a little rotation of choices and freshness was hit and miss on one morning. Still no gluten free bread options and it’s plenty available in Bucharest grocery stores. Grateful for extra pillows but they really need an upgrade they were like cardboard and all the same density, and really hard on my neck for sleeping. I can see the need for some upgrades over the past year, specifically mattresses and pillows. The remodeling of the joining hotel for the next year was something I wish I would have known before booking. Missing a lot of space and the second area to work and have a coffee/go outside was disappointing this trip.

Clean rooms, responsive personnel

Not the best location for a romantic getaway but definitely the most amazing Spa. Breakfast was very simple, the products were fresh. I didn’t like the a la carte food from the Parc restaurant, for all tourists to know that’s not how Romanian food should taste like and it’s very poor quality, please take a taxi and go anywhere else to eat or just order.

One particular lady at the wellness area reception was rude all the time... There was a lot of noise from parties, from the courtyard or somewhere else, kept me woke up. Other than that- nice hotel. The gym's area for stretching and calisthenics needs to be improved.

Expensive Hotel - Quality not so good

Being a repeat customer, was happily surprised by the new add in room service: coffee machine in the room with 4 capsules free of charge! So far I believe that it’s value for money regarding Bucharest accommodation options.

I have stayed here before and it’s a really nice hotel. The pros: the pool, gym and spa included is kept up and running, clean and well maintained. A very nice option to have while is why I chose the hotel. Breakfast is included and has good options and most days wonderful fresh omelette station. This trip there were a few mornings things were not as fresh but overall good selection. I think things could improve with staff serving fresh coffee vs machine coffee. The beds are quite comfortable though the pillows could use an upgrade. They are quite hard and would make a world of difference if they upgraded them. Great location to the park and easy access to tourist locations via Uber.

first of all, amazing service. arrived extremely late at 3am due to plane being delayed, but still got a great couple of coffees at the bar. room was not too bad, bed was perfectly fine, but: - wardrobe could not be used as doors were out of their hinges. - bathroom is very small, door cannot be closed once sitting on the toilet - shower was disappointing on 3rd morning, no water pressure at all.
