근처에 복합 쇼핑몰 단지가 있어서 너무 편했습니다 그리고 트램도 일분 거리예요 다만 냉장고가 없어서 조금 아쉬웠음

Nice hotel, lovely room, very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Would recommend working out how to drive into the car park on arrival rather than using The Square!

Good Clean. No Frills

Overall, I was happy with the hotel. The hotel was clean and warm and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was clean and welcoming, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities that one would require. The one complaint would be the temperature of the room itself. It was cold when returning late and did not seem to react to increasing the temperature on the thermostat. Whether this was a by-product of removing the keycard on exit or not, it shouldn't have affected the room temperature but it appeared to.

Hotel was very clean and room was good! Only issue was safe did not work but reported issue did not affect our stay reception staff very friendly and approachable! Breakfast was very good and good value fresh cooked and great service

The younger staff are lovey but some of the older staff could take a few lessons from the young ones. My husband and myself had ordered the same breakfast for our three day stay but every breakfast was wrong in some way. Had to send a beakfast back it was to cold to eat. After being out for a while and arriving back at 9.30pm we popped in to the bar for a drink before going to our room. It was nowhere near closing hours for serving alcohol but the attitude from a member of staff was really bad. She was rude and we just felt we were very unwelcome guests.

Enjoyed the stay,clean and comfy room.Staff friendly and very helpful..Only small issue was toilet seat had big crack in it that maintenance could sort...Eggs for eggs benedict were over cooked..2 small issues but everything else was very good...

Bar - sewer smell

Our room was in need of repair and maintenance. We were surprised that this hotel is considered a three star hotel. Housekeeping was the real let down, we continually had to request items from the front desk, that a quality housekeeping team would have noticed were missing from the room. And the overall performance of housekeeping was poor, leaving drink cans and dirty glasses in our room. It was a large number of small accumulative details that let the Glashaus down. We won't stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Room was clean - lovely big corner family room with great view. The shower had broken when we had arrived and Debbie was very quick at relocating us to another room where the shower was lovely and powerful. We had breakfast both mornings in the restaurant - which is cooked to order. Tram stop right outside hotel which takes you into the heart of Dublin so very convenient.

Everything was alright.Overall it was clean, but the toilet paper holder was broken.

Would recommend this as a great place to stay in Dublin. Close to city transportation.

Wir hatten für 3 Gäste ein sehr großes Vierbettzimmer. Das Badezimmer war auch groß. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben mit dem Bus ca 30 Min in‘s Zentrum Dublins benötigt, alles absolut problemlos.

Great location, straight out and on the tram. Parking for free is also a bonus. Good breakfast and friendly staff
