옥스포드 시티 중심부에서 이정도 가격의 호텔을 만나는 것은 쉽지 않다. 집사람과 3층에 묶었는데, 계단통로가 넘 비좁고, 공용욕실을 사용해야 한다는 점 외에는 나름 좋았던것 같다. 다만, 제공되는 커피포트 청소가 안되어 있어 사용하면서 찝찝했고, 방에 작은 세면기가 있는데, 너무 작아서..ㅜㅜ 공용 욕실의 세면기도 너무 작고... 화장실은 비데 없음을 명심해야 한다. 침대는 좀 삐걱 거리는 편... 잠만 자기는 딱 좋다(?). 조식은 이 호텔에서 함께 운영하는 모퉁이에 있는 Turl Street Kitchen 이라는 식당에서 무료 제공 (물론 예약시 조식포함일 경우). 조식은 나름 괜찮은 편, 추가로 더 달라고 하면 더 준다. 한가할 땐 괜찮으나, 바쁠고 사람들 많아서 자리가 없는데 밍기적 거리면 눈치가... 옥스포드 시티 중심부에 있고, 200m 정도 근처에 시장이 있어서 재미 있다, 특히 이 시장안에 아이스크림 가게가 있는데, 각종 과일아이스크림을 수제로 만들어 판매한다. 강추. 한국식당도 있다. 김치찌게 1인분 약 8파운드 정도...맛은 그리 추천하지 못함. 하지만 매일 니글니글 거리는 것만 먹다 뭔가 김치찌게 비스무리 한것을 먹고자 한다면 한번 가볼만 한다. 압력밥솟 사용하는 것 같은데, 밥을 왜 그리 맛업게 하는지...ㅜㅜ 이 타워하우스 관리자는 "벤" 이라는 남자인데, 매우 친절, 1층 안내실에 있는 과자와 과일은 먹어도 된다. 시내 지도와 자전거 빌리는 법 등의 소책자가 1층 관리실에 비치되어 있다. 무료 WiFi 제공됨. 시설이 낡고 관리가 잘 안되는 것에 비해 직원들은 친절함.

객실이 크지는 않아도 편안하고 아늑했습니다

The location is great. I stayed two night at a sweet room. It was rusty and very small, but very cozy. Especially the location is great for sightseeing and eating.

wifi not working very well. not easy getting in to the room. very old and needs to be upgraded

We arrived at check in time and there was no one to greet us. We called the contact numbers on the door and left 2 messages and no returned our call. It was not until another guest arrived that she was able to call and speak to someone and then spoke on our behalf. Room was incredibly small. Location was fantastic.

Near the shops, but parking difficult and expensive. Kettle in the room could only be used on the floor as flex too short. Not as clean as would have liked.

The bathroom wasn’t clean when I checked in- there also wasn’t anyone at the front desk and the check in process was confusing- people kept ringing the doorbell to try to get in because there weren’t instructions. It was a mediocre experience, but definitely expensive for what it is

Beautiful rustic little townhouse right in the heart of Oxford, close to everything and ideal for our stay.

Great, quirky little place in an excellent location. Don't expect a brand new hotel but for a very old town house it exceeded our expectaions.

Great location. The room was clean as was the shared bath. Would stay again.

Centrically located. Nobody at the reception when check-in so the instruction was given over the phone. We stayed the Yellow room and it was small and tilted which made me sick. It was dump and smelly.

As advertised. Won't stay again. The sheets had stains on them. The walls were dirty and had holes. Front staff were nice.

The room did not have an additional safety lock in the door and did not have a shower (only a bath). Check-in was also difficult as there was nobody available when I arrived so I had to call and check in via phone.

Clearly needs some TLC to bring it back to standard, wall power sockets hanging loose, 'shower' is a 1 pint jug, door hooks unsecure. Generally just a bit tatty. And the bed has one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever slept on.

Avoid like the plague!

Very convenient, central Oxford location in a quiet street. The room was very comfortable.

Excellent location, loads of character.

The location is amazing but thats where it ends. It could be fantastic with some imagination and investment but to have to use a bathroom on another floor just isn't viable in this day and age. The decor was tired and the whole thing felt unloved.

Saw no staff. Room shabby and very, very hot.
