Got there two hours before check in time. Our room was ready however they wanted to charge $30.00 for early check in. I never paid an early check in charge and told them so. They took all my check in info but I had to wait two hours to get the room key. There are many other options in Charlottetown so I will not be staying with Rodd Hotels next time.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a small, hardened substance on the bed sheet that had left a visible stain. The condition of the room was unacceptable to the point that we couldn’t even stay there for one night. When we contacted reception, they initially said there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating. After insisting, they eventually offered us another room, but it had twin beds instead of the double bed we had booked. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or service, and we would not recommend it

Love the history of this property. Close to everything downtown and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Property was clean and the staff were very helpful

The property had an old historic charm to it, but the rooms were renovated and modern. I wasn't giving up newer amenities by staying at a property with this much charm to it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. I would recommend this place.

The rooms are very small! We didn’t realize and were happy not to have brought my other teenager. Pack light!

Arrived on a busy weekend with kids tournaments and all that goes with. Requested a quiet room and was given a nice corner view room that was quiet. Thanks Farah. This is an older hotel that has been well renovated and obviously well run. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay again.
