's Morgens vanaf 5u veel lawaai (constant heen en weer geloop van zware voetstappen/hakken) op gang hoogste verdiep.

Beetje oudbollig en gedateerd badkamer zag er goed uit alleen de afvoer stonk helaas . Simpel ontbijt. Wel goede lokatie in het centrum van kortrijk

Good location, room was cold even with a portable heater. Due to the cold main bedroom windows covered in condensation. Room & bathroom require updating, looking tired. TV 85% of the channels no reception.

Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff, room a little tired but renovating underway and overall good value

Parking house just 100m away. No Restaurant at the Hotel.

We didn't book the room with breakfast. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Hotel location is good and comfortable room. But front desk staff need to be trained but more. Because he tried to invoice me the room charge even I already settled through Expedia. I showed him the receipt from Expedia and then he understood what was wrong. He feasted me a little bit.

My room seemed to have feaces on the door frame of the bathroom. Door didn't look very clean, also looked like someone had patched up a fist through the door. In my dad's room there was dried blood stains on the bedding. Staff were ok friendly. My room key didn't work initially and they were quick to sort that out. The room had a fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker but given the state of the room, I wasnt about to use the coffee machine. No milk sachets or sugar. Wooden spoons with paper cups whic isn't great. Shower gel and soap were in containers (not small ones). All in all, I don't think I'd want to stay there again. Room was a decent size, full length mirror and a decent size TV.
