Washing and drying facilities in room. Close your beach and waterfront restaurants.

We were not advised there were painters on site. Two mornings we had a note left on our door asking us to leave the door open for the painters at 7am. Room needs maintenance; broken floor tile in kitchen, kitchen doors won’t close, patio door hard to open and close, armrests on sofa both loose.

Beautifully appointed apartment with full kitchen and utensils. Amazing swimming pool, excellently maintained and landscaped. Garaged parking. Friendly staff. Quiet location, but very close to the main Palm Cove area. Ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Great apartment. Close to everything. Easy walk to beach. Pool area and BBQ lovely.

Clean room in a good location

We stayed for two nights. The reception was unattended most of the time, and the service was below expectations. The pool also closed earlier than the displayed closing time. One air conditioner was out of order.

Property recently sold. New owner appeared to manage the property on part-time basis. Reception opened from 9:30am to 2:00pm.

The location was great, very close to the beach and esplanade where you can stroll and find a lot of restaurants and shops.

Apartment was clean and tidy, but it is in need of a full refurbishment. Several essential things require replacing. Otherwise just ok.

Clean room with all necessary amenities. I like that the property is not situated on the main drag. Pool and poolside amenities are fabulous. Secure, undercover parking is great. No onsite interaction with staff members.

We saw no staff even on arriving, there was one in office at all. The bed was hard and aircon very noisy going off and on all night. The room has a very stale strong smell to it.

I met the 3 sets of residents in the pool for the first time in my 3-4 stays here. They were welcoming, friendly and lovely to chat with.

Resort facilities are generally fine, however our room was dated & in need of a refresh. Some fittings like vertical blinds were broken & ceiling fans were noisy, certainly in need of replacement. Good central location.

Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment which was a good size but dated.. A few maintenance issues ie cracked tiles in kitchen Bedroom door doesnt close TV remote didnt work properly.Quiet location 10 min walk to area of beach where lifeguards were on duty. Nice pool but no pool towels supplied.Stayed 7 nights apartment serviced once.Small grocery store close by and bus stop 2 mins away to catch bus into town or to Coles Supermarket at Clifton Beach.

Older style apartment but very clean and comfy...will come back

Great location and Palm Cove was better than we expected. Property was clean, had everything we required, but was aged.

Although it's a little older than some of the apartments along the foreshore Palm Cove Tropic Apartments, it's a one minute walk to the front, has a great pool, good underground parking and good sized living area.
