전체 평가 및 리뷰 Comfort Inn Marrero - New Orleans West

The place smelled of horrible chemicals, floors were damp, the sheets were stained and the under sheet didnt look like it was even changed, there were what looked like bed bugs crawling on the bedside table (I killed 3 or 4 of them) pool was out of order and breakfast was not a breakfast. If I could of given -stars I would have. The pictures are very very deceiving to say the least. Horrible experience:(

I booked a room for 2 nights while my husband was in the hospital. On the first night, to my horror, the roaches began to come out of all directions. I saw them crawling out from under the bed, from behind the tv stand, and on the curtains. Within an hour, I saw at least 10 to 15 roaches, killing them as I go. I actually had a roach crawlling on me! At 4 am, I went to the front desk and told them that i am checking out and explained why. The staff member on duty, offerred to put me into another room on the second floor. Given that it was 4 am and i would have had to sleep in my car, I reluctantly agreed. I checked out after the first night and could not get reimbursed because i booked through Expedia.

Excellent. Clean very hot water friendly staff. Right next to a dollar tree and dollar store if you need anything while traveling .

Had a good stay. Safe, close to highway and many places to eat close by. Would stay again.

Walls are too thin. Kept up all night by neighbors. Called front desk,( with own phone since the one in the room did not work) they said they would take care of it. The excessive talking abated for a little while then started up again. Breakfast was so so, eggs were dry and hard, but sausage was ok and the waffles. Elevator was scary. Pool not available.

This day isn't worth the rates being charged.

I ok being on the 1st floor until ALL THE NOISE THIS MORNING! Check out is at 12 and it’s been noisy since 8am 😡

I didn’t like that the blinds in the room didn’t close all to keep the light out

Property could use some updating, however the breakfast and especially the coffee was good. Room was clean

Gut, jedoch war der Pool geschlossen obwohl in der Beschreibung angeboten. Hätte sonst nie das Hotel gebucht.
