Amazing place!!!

They did not clean ourcroom or provide vlean towels.

The staff was not friendly or accomodating. I needed towels and they couldnt find in the entire hotel. I had to get upset for them to find them. So it was extremely upsetting. A 5-star hotel didnt have extra towels.

Freshly updated rooms. Nice to see some updates in the common areas.

* Trouble with wifi because i wasn't a 'member', that was very unusual * shower leaked all over floor. Reported but not fixed. *coffee and coffee cups only refreshed out of an 8 day stay. *mini fridge froze food no matter shere we ser it. * Facing freeway and very noisey day and night * no garden at the Garden Inn

Pienso que el cargo de $5.00 por noche de cargo extra por el parqueadero deberia estar incluido en el pago de la habitacion no es mucho pero es algo que deberia aclararse.

Room shade missing, limited in rooms coffee

Property was beautiful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy. I loved that it was not a cookie-cutter hotel and was designed with the location in mind. The pool was extremely relaxing, and not overcrowded. The property location was a plus, where we could walk onto Main street and eat, drink, shop, etc.. After the long drive to get there it was nice to not have to drive to do things.

Everything was great, except the water pressure.

Daniel at the front desk was so helpful and efficient in getting me checked in and had excellent recommendations for my stay.

Typical Hilton only two luggage carts for the entire hotel because they think they look shoddy. So it’s better to inconvenience us with multiple trips and keep our vehicles parked longer. Hours after check-in carts are still not available because people keep them in their rooms. I could hear other guests asking for them as well. Also pool door access doesn’t work so front desk has to let people in each time

Property was clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was nowhere near $17 worth for items that similar properties offer free as an amenity.

The location was awesome. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Shopping was close by and dining options were available.

Hotel was nice, clean and had a modern look. The area it was located in was perfect; it was next to great stores and restaurants and in a nice quite area.

Nice property. Easy to get in and out off of I40. Tucked away. Food in walking distance. New hotel.

Nice property. Reasonably priced for the location.
