The room 202 has a clogged tub. Can not control the pressure of the water on the tub.

Room was dirty. They need to do deep clean. We rented two rooms. Both were dirty. Break fast was ok. Usually, beagal is common in break fast. They didn't have this common things. Usually, in room, in 2.5 star hotel, you have USB ports. They didn't have. In bathroom, they did not have exhaust or didn't working. So, after shower, it gets all mess. Reception, in evening time, guys never even stay out. They don't have ring bells so you can call them to come outside. They are not friendly. On check outday, i wanted like 4 bucket of ice for my cooler so i can keep food safe for my 4 year old son. They came and told me that this is not for cooler. I told that i m not filling entire cooler. Just need 4 buckets. They told, it's not for cooler. See, we had 2 rooms. Needed 4 bucket of ice. It's fair.

Breakfast was nothing great. WiFi was completely terrible. The first room had ac issues and they moved us to another room with working ac. Nothing grand about the stay.

I stood at the lobby counter for 15 minutes waiting to check out and report an issue. I called the hotel phone number four times while waiting, and no one ever answered. The manager walked into the building 15 minutes later, from sitting in her car. Our bathroom was infested with roaches, on site management refused to reconcile or compensate, and off site management would not respond to emails.

The main floor smell so humid and damp. The room look ten year older than the picture. It is not so clean. It is also have weir odor.

I’m appreciative of the convenient use of the hotel and its location, but it didn’t really enhance our experience being visitors from out of town.
