아주 좋은 여행이었어요. 해변도 맑고, 장소도 좋고 직원도 친절했어요.

I love this hotel, because has a lot of facilities & activities for the guest and specially for Mr. Pond, he is a good worker and very professional. He help me a lot instead of some staff doesn't understand english well. I will come back again for my next holiday.

ข้อเสีย:เข้ามาตอนเเรก เจอพนักงานรีเชฟชั่นใส่เเว่น ฉันถามว่ามีห้องว่างใหม? เพราะในเวปไซต์มีห้องว่าง ไม่ได้รับความช่วยเหลือคำเเนะนำอย่างน่าประทับใจเลย ไม่มีความประทับใจเเรกเจอเลย เเต่ได้รับคำเเนะนำจากพนักงานยกกระเป๋าชื่อพี่พรเป็นอย่างดี นอกนั้นพนักงานเป็นมิตรหมด ข้อดี:โรงเเรมสะอาด สระว่ายน้ำ 2 สระขนาดใหญ่เเละสะอาด อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามหาดป่าตอง เเอร์เย็น เตียงนอนดี อาหารเช้าหลากหลายอร่อย ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีก

Two bedrooms seaview suite is awesome, however the two bedrooms family suite is kinda old looking in general but it is clean, very spacious, and the beds are all comfortable just like the two bedrooms suite seaview. Great breakfast, nice pools. Worth the money.

Many activities we love aqua zumba a lot so much fun.

Pros: good location and clean rooms. Cons: staff was impolite and reluctant to help. You can’t have guest visiting your room or else they will charge you for that. Imho, not a recommended hotel. There are much better hotel with the same price

In short, very bad service, I don’t like it.

The hotel is a bit rundown the kids do not want to swim in the pool as they feel itchy and there were leaves and shrubs inside. The people there wasn't as friendly as other resort and there weren't too many staff around the pool area to help the guests with questions. There were lots of stray cats and in front of the hotel there was a cemetery. The room has an old smell although the bed is comfy. Oh kids can stay in the room but there is charge for them.

정말 좋아요. 분위기가 좋고, 경치가 아름답고, 바다 바로 옆에 있어서 이동하기 편리합니다.

ห้องพักมีน้ำแอร์ไหลลงมาในห้อง เตียงนอนรอบสระน้ำไม่น่าจะให้จองเตียงก่อนใช้จริง บางคนจอง

환상적인 경험이었고 그레이스 랜드에 머무는 것은 정말 즐거웠습니다.
