일부 투숙객이 담배를 피우는 경우를 경험하였습니다. 투숙한 방에서 담배연기를 배출할 수 있는 창문이라도 열수 있도록 했으면 좋겠습니다. 전반적으로 호텔시설 및 분위기는 괜찮은 것 같아요.

Good hotel! Very satisfied with their services. In July, rather prefer to stay in this location than city center as it is more comfortable and reasonable price.

The baddest hotel ever. Room condition didn't ready (Towel, shower gown) So I call the lobby for a 1hour, but they never answer. I felt uncomfortable, and I went to lobby, There was two steff during chatting together. I asked why didn't you answer They say "JUST BUSY" I hope yo are busy forever :)

그룹이나 단기 여행자들 중에 가격대비 방이 좀 큰 숙소를 원한다면 괜찮습니다 차가 없다면 람블라 거리 근처 숙소가 좋을듯 싶네요

Room is outdated, floor planks are loose. For someone who came back many times the services from the hotel manager was lazy and not willing to do enything extra

Amazing, so gorgeous. Upgraded to a fancy room with a view for our anniversary and couldn’t fault it. The staff were super friendly and helped us without even needing to ask. Breakfast was so worth it, the chef made us a fresh omelette every morning. The area is perfect, a nice trendy take on Barcelona with more local places.

Le dejeuner sont excellent ,tranquillité et service parfait . Plusieurs parle francais ,tres.apprecie . Le.restairent est beau et les serveurs sont tres profeasionnel. Le.seul point un peu moins bon cest la douche ,pression un peu faible avec la grosse pomme mais la petite ca va

The location really is in the middle of nowhere, and the experience felt disappointing. Unless you pay extra for a certain “level” of membership, you’re restricted from accessing the rooftop, restaurant, and other areas. Staff seemed uncomfortable pointing this out, which made the whole experience feel awkward. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like a second-class citizen at what is, in reality, barely a four-star hotel.

Best experience ever

Very nice hotel, we were up on The Level, which we didn't realise when booking entitled you to their VIP lounges where they offer complimentary refreshments. Very nice to have such a nice welcome on arrival. Lovely large family room luxury towel's and extra's in the room. Great location opposite tram and taxi rank to get out and about around Barcelona.

Loved the hotel and felt very safe in the location. Had some final bill charges that I didn’t expect. Disappointed in the charges because I made sure to finalize everything the night before we left.
