I just wanna start by saying how extremely disappointed I was about this week extended our trip in Majorca for an additional two days specifically to come up to Alcudia, and this was the worst part of our trip of a two week vacation and to end the trip. For starters for a place that charges as much money every night you would think that the floor tiles wouldn’t be peeling up from the ground or sliding as you step on them. The beds that is a king r two twins pushed together, but there’s no way to actually hold them together. So the second you move on them there’s no actual weight holding down the bed frames and they slide with ease which you’ll hear above you if you were not on the top floor. Our AC stopped working as it was 90° and we wanted to go to the pool to cool off, but there were so many kids that you couldn’t even go into the water and all parents were just sitting around the outside. When we ask someone from reception, where the pool was, they pointed us across the street to the wrong pool where we were then told to leave after specifically told that that was the pool. The beach that is near here honestly was so windy and so open that when we went in the ocean for simply 15 minutes and came back to our stuff, all of our things were completely covered in sand like it was Sahara desert. When I brought up all of these concerns to someone they didn’t seem to really know how to respond and simply gave me better directions to the pool. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The rooms were dated. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Location is ideal. It is close to the Alcudia beach and old town. Pool was clean and well kept. Very busy. Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. We did not do all inclusive as we wanted to eat out and restaurants, most walking distance or a short cab ride. Most cab rides were 8e to 10e. Not a luxurious hotel but is functional. Very kid friendly.

Due to cancelled flights we arrived 2 days late. We had a prepaid stay, but not a word from the hotel, they could have offered us somerhing for the 2 days we didnt use..

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Hotel, Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage waren sehr schön.

I booked this hotel without realising just how much entertainment and activities were included and it completely exceeded our expectations. The Woogy Club team and everyone working behind the scenes made my daughter holiday so special. She now can’t imagine going anywhere else for a holiday! The shows were absolutely amazing, and we’re genuinely gutted that we’ll miss The Lion King musical before we leave, although I have no doubt it would have been more fun than the West End version! The whole team were so lovely, funny and always happy to help with anything we needed. The cleaning staff were also incredibly kind, and I even had a lovely birthday surprise when a member of staff knocked on my door with a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. This hotel is so much more than just a place to stay, it’s the people who make it truly special. Everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. We couldn’t have been happier with our week at Alcudia Garden. Thank you all for the amazing entertainment, facilities, and unforgettable memories!

Sejour parfait, animation tout les soirs pour le plus grand bonheurs des petits et des grands. Emplacement parfait à 2 pas du port et ces restaurants et surtout de la plage. Chambre trs propre et bien équipé, merci aux femmes de ménages qui sont adorable et souriantes. La vu sur les jardins et la piscine sont un plus, vraiment beau. Je rejoint juste les commentaires pour l'isolation phonique du couloir.

Hôtel superbe, a proximité de la plage et de tout, super beau resort. Mais le personnel sont très bêtes!!

Sehr sauberes Apartement tolles Service des ganzen Teams. Essen wirklich super, sehr grosse Auswahl und sehr lecker. Jeden Tag beim Abendessen ein anderes Thema Bier sehr süffig :) Da einzige Problem ist leider die sehr hellhörigen Zimmer und der ganze Lärm am Gang vor allem von vielen Kindern die herumschreien das an ein Schlafen ab 7:00 uhr unmöglich machen.

les piscines sont très bien. Avons apprécié particulièrement la petite piscine très utilisée par nos jeunes enfants qui ont pu bien l'occupée sans être mis en danger par des enfants plus grands ou adultes. Cet hôtel est familial même s'il s'agit d'une grande structure; Très proche de la plage.

Good apartment with a small kitchen, as per the description. However, the semi-deep semi-flat plates was bad both for eating soup and normal food. Pool area is really nice, and not so crowded in April. Close to downtown restaurants.

Agréable séjour. Infrastructures agréables notamment piscine extérieure et format d'hébergement. Buffet bon, simple et varié pour un rapport qualité-prix tout à fait correct. Par contre propreté à revoir et chambres bruyantes côté rue.

Ja butiker finns nära, men bäst var Lidl men då var det ca 1.5km att gå. Rummen var väldigt lyhörda från grannar och korridoren. Frys facket höll inte kylan.
