편안한 숙소, 좋은 음식, 따뜻한 기후

호텔스 닷컴내 호텔 소개보면 레스토랑이 9개이고 all inclusive 라고해서 투숙했는데, 호텔내 메인 식당만 all inclusive 이고 다른 레스토랑 이용에는 extra charge 가 있었어요. 이뿐아니라 호텔내 부대시설 사용 대부분도 extra charge 요구했고, 도대체 이 호텔을 왜 all inclusive 라고 소개하는지 모르겠음. 메인식당의 음식도 형편없었고 정말 체크아웃하면서 돈을 강탈당한 느낌이 드는건 처음이였습니다.

Would not recommend - food was poor, hotel was over crowded, staff were rude and there was thumping music until the early hours.

We had the most amazing family holiday. The hotel was recommended to us and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was so clean and the service was second to none. We had the best holiday and will be coming to stay again. Lara our assistant for the week was fantastic and the waiters were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The staff went over and Beyond to make our stay the best.

Love it. We will come again. This was our 4th time in 3 years.

Not an all inclusive resort with the majority of the resturant’s charging extra to dine there. The Asian restaurant was an extra €40pp! While our stay was good, it certainly was not worth the money.

Incredible week with the family spent at the pool, Everland (kids club) and beach. The shows were great, food fresh and varied and facilities incredible. This was our 2nd time here and we loved it.

Initial communication proved to be difficult

Sehr schöne Anlage. Wir haben es genossen, daß es Nebensaison war Kleines Manko - sämtliches Essen war nur leicht warm bis lauwarm

Amaozing Experience

We liked the varied meal options 24hrs a day. Staff friendly polite and very hospitable and welcome. Resolved any issues very quickly. Grounds were beautiful as was the scenary

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. An der Sauberkeit der Zimmer kann noch gearbeitet werden, da teilweise Haare der vorherigen Gäste aus dem Abfluss kamen. Das Resort verfügt über eine eigene App, die leider nicht im gewünschten Umfang funktioniert. So sollte z.B. die Hotelkarte digital abrufbar sein, alle Reservierungen für das á la carte Restaurant und die Strandliegen sollten digital erfolgen, ohne dass ich morgens 20 Minuten anstehen muss, um eine Reservierung vorzunehmen. Der Austausch mit der Guest Relation über WhatsApp funktioniert auch sehr gut, allerdings nur auf Englisch, die Speisekarten der Restaurants sollten auch digital in der App abrufbar sein. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und das Hotel hat für jeden Gast etwas zu bieten. Die verschiedenen Sportmöglichkeiten haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
