Good location, cookie cutter property. Needed upgrades

Great place to stay and relax after a long day's drive! The Fitness Center was excellent as was the breakfast!

Great stay! The tub had a stain but other than that, the start was great!

I like the fact that they have a full breakfast and it’s free. It’s a very elegant hotel. Quiet as can be and yes, it is expensive but it’s worth it.

Great hotel! The only issue I had is that the room beside me was playing the tv loudly late at night (after midnight) and it was annoying. I didn’t tell the front desk about it, because it wasn’t a huge deal, but the walls made be a bit thin. Definitely not a reason to not stay here. Breakfast was good. One of the machines wasn’t working but there was still plenty of other stuff offered.

The property was very clean & convenient location. Checking in was a little different. The clerk was rude & very dismissive. The hotel's amenities were very good, but there's no excuse for rudeness in the hospitality industry.

nice setting, clean, well lit. Friendly check in clerk. Room was clean and spacious. Shower had loud whining and low water pressure.

Gives an eerie vibe and cheaply remodeled, floor seems soft in the hallway and there is a sign outside of the gym that reads “use at your own risk”. Outlets won’t hold charger, chemical smell when walking into the room can’t tell if that’s good or bad, and walls are thin. Other than that no actual problems.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the room had a odor of some type of ammonia. The pool area was closed and we were not told a head of time.

My stay was good. Other than not knowing or seeing that there was an additional $100 security deposit to pay when I got to the hotel. I enjoy the fact that I can book without paying upfront. It was clean, staff were nice.

I was told the pool was open before I booked. I booked it and checked in the pool was not open! I paid too much too much to stay here and be lied to. I was promised a free night.
