전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Conroe I-45 North by IHG

I happened to arrived at the hotel around 9:30 and the staff was so kind to let me check in and got some rest. The location was perfect for me to get around with business in Conroe. Kroger was one minute walk to fill the refregirator. Since I needed a transportation to IAH as no Ubers were working at 5am, they called a taxi for me. Room and services are second to none and will come back next time.^^

No hotel issue… but Experian would not give any credit, allowance, or a refund when we had to cancel stay for weather related weather flight change. Have to think very hard about using Experian in the future

This was an overnight stay passing through Houston. Great location for restaurants. Very clean.

Close to great restaurants and much safer than inner city Houston

The room smelled like old gym socks. We could get a hot shower, the water was luke warm. Breakfast was awful. Very disappointing
