Modern clean spacious Close to airport Shuttle easy great breakfast

Have epilepsy flashing light on all night from the fire bit right above the bed flashing all night kept me awake all night flashing not a usual Place where I’ve been in many hotels and had stopped in England abroad

Decent place to stay for one night close to the airport. The restaurant was surprisingly good and staff were nice and friendly. Beds and pillows not that great and AC was on the fritz.

My stay was pleasant.

Everything was great although the bar was closed by the time I arrived at 11.20. A bit of a shame that, as I would have liked a drink. Also, I have a CPAP machine and it was a bit of a faff to plug in as the plug was under the TV opposite the bed, rather than by the bedside. Overall, though, most impressed, staff were friendly and well-presented and the room was clean and well-maintained. The inclusive breakfast and the double-door that closed either toilet or shower was a nice touch.

I liked everything there and the staff was very nice but the smell of their towels was horrible.

We had money stolen from our room while we were at dinner. Shower flooded the bathroom.

Good hotel, close to the airport with a convenient but expensive shuttle service. The room was okay, but the bed was keep rolling around the room (it had wheels).

Stayed overnight prior to flying early next morning, it was great, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast before 6.30am is continental not cooked, but still nice and plentiful. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

As a solo female traveller, I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff - from check-in to dining - and I felt very safe there. I had a very good experience throughout.

Nice reasonably priced hotel near Stansted. Rooms are clean and well laid out.
