Helt on frukost för det priset. Nära och enkelt att parkera bilen. Tyvärr ingen restaurang på hotellet där vi kunde äta då vi anlände ganska sen eftermiddag och långt att gå till närmsta pub. Positivt att hotellet låg nära färjelägret Bra med AC på rummet

When I can I always use the holiday inn express. Poole was just as normal, I don’t need entertaining swimming pools saunas spas etc Nice comfortable clean room just got the best pillows and bedding, And just a superb breakfast. Thank you all in Poole well done.

Hotel is in an ideal location, only a 20 minute walk to the Quay. Very good breakfast selection both cooked or continental. Able to get into the room early. Would recommend for a short break.

We were staying 4 nights, so we were not expecting to be given a room that had NO storage - not a drawer or a cupboard or a wardrobe - nothing, So where do you put your clean underwear or tee shirts? Where do you put your shoes? On the floor, that's where. I asked at reception if there was a room with more storage but was told that all rooms have the same amount. The breakfast was very good though...and when my husband became ill in the night and had to be taken to Poole Hospital by ambulance, the Front desk Receptionist was very helpful

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable with air conditioning which was lovely on the hot day we arrived . Breakfast excellent, cooked to perfection.

It was a pleasure to be in a large air conditioned room during the recent heatwave. We were more than a little disappointed to find a £10 per night parking surcharge not mentioned anywhere on the booking or in Hotels.com. It’s not a good surprise late at night just off the ferry. Buffet Breakfast was good

I stayed at this hotel for a 1 night stay prior to getting the Ferry to Jersey. I will start my review with the car parking- I arrived early got a space no problem! On an exceptionaly busy night if you arrived late it might not be so straight forward. The Parking cost 10 pounds which actually I don’t think is to bad. Location - bit of a walk to sea front there is a shopping center very close by and KFC is a 5/10 min walk! The drive to the very port was very easy and straight forward took less than 10 mins if that so location was good. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable Breakfast was okay. On the whole hotel was perfect for what I wanted and very fit for purpose
