Everything is good

전반적으로 공항도 가깝고 시설 상태는 양호함 단지 주변에 상가나 식당을 이용하기 위해서는 자차가 있어야함.

캘거리 공항 근처이고 고속도로와 인접해 있어서 이동하기가 좋았습니다.

Clean and great breakfast options. Great customer service as well.

We liked the availability of a suite which slept eight people comfortably, the cleanliness of the hotel and the accommodating, helpful, courteous and professional front desk staff!

Beddings was dirty.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice but my son slept on the pull out couch and when he woke up I found three bites on his back

Limited towels, housekeeping, no blankets on pullout.

Parking lot is too small and cannot accommodate all hotel guests. When you complain that there is nowhere to park, you are given a voucher to park in the lot of a neighbouring business, Hotel room was smaller than what was shown in photo of listing.

Staff at the office very friendly

staffs are very friendly and accommodating.. Smooth check in upon arrival with free ride from airport to the hotel, breakfast are decent. Only thing that needs to improve is the cleanliness of its sheets. overall, I am very pleased

Convenient location to airport, easy access and easy parking. Great breakfast!

Spacious rooms, but missing security safe and the bathroom hand soap and lotion dispensers are so oddly placed so far away from the sink. Parking was almost always full with bigger trucks, and the space between the parkibg spots was tight, when there are big vehicles parked on either side. Besides, not everyone parks with consideration to other patrons of the facility. There were some who consumed part of the space of the 2nd parking spot. There was no regular water dispenser to fill up refillable water bottles. We had to walk to the dated fitness room to get some drinking water. Otherwise, a convenient location with a few dining options in the area. Best part was the short travel distance to the airport, which was much appreciated as we had a very early morning flight.

Hotel was great and the staff from front desk to the kitchen to house keeping were always friendly and smiling the hotel room was clean the pool was clean the breakfast was delicious with alot of choices for everyone’s tastes

Wood floors and can hear everyone in hallways and above your room. Heating unit is very loud. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and caulking cracking in the shower. Bathroom needs a reno

We stayed here as a family of 5 and the set up was fine with three beds in the room. But the lounge chair in this room had so many nasty visible stains on it that it would make anyone want to vomit. We also stayed a week after time change and the clock was not changed, had we not noticed we could have been very late for our flight the next day. Not staying here again.
