It was what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. Staff was beyond nice

I called the front desk five days in a row in an attempt to book a group rate. No managers are on site. No manager EVER called me back. Just incomprehensible as far as a lack of professionalism. Had to book rooms through hotels.com and IHG website direct. Just pathetic lack of professionalism . . . in the hospitality industry no less. So, so sad.

Holiday inn express in Selma Alabama did a good job. Staff are friendly and professional. Would recommend!

This was a very clean and well managed hotel

This room is severely overpriced, it’s very dated, has roaches, and not cleaned very well.

The night front office and kitchen employees are very nice.

Good stay

Our stay was great. The Hoel was very quiet and service was great. The food was passable. However, our room smelled like mold a little and we saw two big water bugs and 2 roaches in the bathroom. Needs a little upgrading and that would be sufficient

We had a room that was dangerous for someone to stay in - they had cleaned carpet and forgot to turn on A/C and the floors were wet and it caused a slip and fall situation as you left the carpet and went on tile to bathroom area- very dangerous and also NO hot water in bathroom shower - I was so upset and disappointed

All staff were Friendly

I have never felt so desolate in my life. This bathroom was like a real swamp. The edge of the bathtub was completely damaged and covered in mold, and the shower… it was truly disgusting. It was infested with that horrendous vegetation. It's simply repulsive. To make matters worse, after nine hours of driving, I arrived only to find this disaster in the middle of the night. It is truly unacceptable.

the pool was green, the shower head was taller than the curtain and the water was coming over the top all in the floor. the workout room didnt have air and breakfast was really goo however the coffee was cold..

The room was amazing, very neat and clean, it di not smell.

It was clean, my grands love the pool and it was gated

The hotel pool looked a little suspect. But the rooms were nice and clean
