위치는 기차역에서는 멀었지만 교통권 사면 이래저래 접근성이 나쁘지않고 주변도 작은 로터리라 번화한편..? 체크인은 웬만하면 하기 힘드니 그냥 시간 기다리지 마시고 편하게 여행하시길 추천 (이틀기달렸지만노만남) 받은 이메일로 연락시 빠른 답변 받음. 집은 오래된것 같지만 있을 건 다있고 집이 큼. 애매한 3성호텔보다 나을수 있음. (개인차) 드라이기 주는 거 맞으니까 없으면 하우스 키퍼 8시9시쯤 복도에서 만나짐 에 물어보면됨. Location is quite far from city center but we could access to accommodatation easily with transportation. The building is quite old but it was enough to stay. Maybe it is better for group travelers more than 3, room was big. As I read before online, we also cannot do check in. instead, we just contacted using email. Use email guys. And house keeper was kind and she did her job very well.

지하철이 없는 대신 트램, 버스정류장이 앞에 있음. 빌라, dm 등 마켓이 근처에 있음. 아파트 앞에 택시가 쉬는 곳인지 항상 여러대가 주차해있어 이용하기에도 편함. 리셉션 직원이 매우 친절함.

트램타면 어디든 갈수있는. 좋은 위치임

주변환경은 조용하고 근처에 트램 이용하기 좋았습니다. 객실 안은 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 다만 창문이 조금밖에 열리지 않아서 여름에는 무척 더울것같습니다. 에어컨이나 선풍기는 따로 없습니다. 호텔 이용방법을 모르고 간 상태여서 문옆에있던 인터폰을하니 영어로 설명을 해줍니다. 문을열고 들어가면 비밀번호를 누르는 버튼이 있고 인터폰으로 설명들은 비번을 치면 방열쇠가 들어있는 박스가 자동으로 열리고 열쇠의 방번호로 가면됩니다. 호텔안에는 따로 관리인이 계시지 않아서 방해받고 싶지 않은 분들에게는 좋습니다. 체크아웃시 방밖에 복도에 키반납함에 키를 넣고 체크아웃하시면 됩니다... 제가 오후에 잠시 나갔다왔을때 침대이불과 시트를 새로운것으로 갈아 놓은것같습니다. 주방과 침실 화장실 깨끗하고 이용하기 좋았습니다.

A Memorable Stay in the Heart of Vienna Having visited Vienna multiple times before, I can confidently say this was my best experience yet, thanks to this wonderful hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and despite the freezing nighttime temperatures outside, it was always comfortably warm inside. The inclusion of a small kitchenette, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, was an invaluable feature, whether you’re in Vienna for business or leisure. The location struck the perfect balance—it’s in a quiet area, ensuring peaceful nights, yet conveniently close to the city center and all major attractions. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the host. It was evident that they genuinely care about their guests and strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Traveling with my little companion, a small Pomeranian, was made easy here. He slept soundly in the room, undisturbed by any noises—a rare and much-appreciated comfort for pet owners. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with pets and are concerned about their comfort during the trip. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, warmth, and exceptional care.

Doesn't look much from the outside, but very nice apartment. Close to transport links or around 25 minute walk to central Vienna, 10 minutes to HOHO bus at Votive church. Cleas instructions on how to access apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay and were very happy

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Two grocery stores are nearby. I could walk to major points of interest around 30 minutes.

Stayed just 2 nights, inside property rooms lovely and warm, very clean bedding and apartment. Outside of property gave a bad impression, needs a repaint or refresh. Would have liked a better welcome pack especially choice of tea, english tea would have been greatly received. Considering 4 in a room 1 T bag pp wasnt very good for 2 nights and 3 days, had to buy our own and milk. Overall what we needed was a clean bed for the night so that was fine. Good place to put your head down if visiting for a quick cheap trip.

Eigentlich sehr gut. Einzige negative Punkt ist dass der Kühlschrank nicht kalt genug ist. Ansonsten sehr sympathische Gastgeber!

Bagno pulito, doccia calda, letto confortevole. Una sistemazione essenziale ma con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo...dove altro la trovate una camera a meno di 80 euro durante la conferenza EGU ad aprile??

The apartment was perfect for us, everything we needed, helpful hosts. Trams stop very nearby, also could walk to the centre in 20 mins.

The location is great, being relatively close to the city center. The apartment itself was a bit disappointing. The sofa beds are quite old and not so comfortable. Some things did not work properly but the receptionist was kind enough to fix them.

Zu Silvester mit der Familie in Wien Auf der Suche nach einer guten und günstigen Übernachtung sind wir auf dieses Apartment gekommen Das Apartment liegt sehr gut und zwar zentral in Wien, ca 700 Meter vom Rathausplatz weg... Die Rezeption und das Servicepersonal extrem gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich Die Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür war es sauber und vor allem das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat hier super 👍 gepasst Wir kommen wieder

The location is excellent for seeing the old city and the Christmas markets. Apartments are roomy,clean, and well equipped. We extended our stay for 4 more days because the apartment is so comfortable.

The receptionist was never available at the scheduled times, which was very inconvenient.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Aber mit dem Appartment war ich nicht zufrieden. Das Schlafzimmer war so klein, dass links und rechts vom Bett bis zu den Wänden kaum 20 cm waren. Aufstehen vom Bettrand war gar nicht möglich, man musste zum Bettfuß kriechen. Die Heizungsverkleidung im Badezimmer war auffällig rostig. Die Silikondichtungen in der Duschkabine waren sauber und neu, von außen aber alt und schmutzig. Die Türrahmen waren sehr alt und abgenutzt, die Türen selbst mit Rissen versehen. Die Couch war schmudelig. Ich habe mich leider hier nicht wohl gefühlt.
