Location A+, Nice rooms, very clean , wonderful choices for breakfast, comfortable beds, room amenities A+ Hotel has parking A+. The only down side is No Elevator and the 4th floor room was not easy. Old Quebec has lots of stairs.

The hotel is a nice small Boutique hotel, but be aware that there is no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We also had an issue in the middle of the night with the carbon monoxide alarm going off. There was no one at the desk so we needed to call an emergency number and wait close to an hour for someone to arrive. They took down the alarm but at that point we couldn’t sleep.

Parking and no elevator are the things to be aware of, however I expect many of these downtown Old Quebec properties would be the same! Location was excellent and walkable to many restaurants and tourist sites. The room was eloquent and breakfast was very good with fresh fruit. A great stay!

Very nice place to stay. Parking is a little tight

Stairs-lots of them and they are not always equal in height. This property is two older hotels that are interconnected. Bed was very comfortable. Decorations were quaint and nice. Shower has a very slippery floor. Be careful. I was surprised that the shower floor was so slippery. No hand holds. They should put traction tape on the shower floor. TV flat screen and large. Lighting is excellent. Bathroom has little counter space for essentials. Breakfast was fantastic! Fresh fruit, good selection of breakfast items. Eggs were hot! Boiled eggs were good too. Nice breakfast with fresh pastries. Staircase is one that winds. Be careful. We enjoyed our stay at the Acadia.

The building was renovated and modern but without an elevator. Carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs is not easy.

Great location to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Loved the breakfast each morning. The inn was very charming and everything was well done. Parking onsite was very appreciated too! Will plan to stay here again.

This was a great hotel. Wonderful location and handy off site parking. The room was large and very well looked after. It was very quiet as well. The breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again. Just be ready for the stairs.

Convenient location, clean room, and friendly staff. Parking and Breakfast are not included but you can add them for a reasonable price. Breakfast was good!!

Great location. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. More than a few up and down stairs throughout the property, so be aware. Did make one request to the front desk for extra hangers beyond the 3 in the room, but never received them,sadly

Perfect and beautiful location for our first trip to the city. Clean and quality room amenities. Helpful staff as needed. Very quiet. Parking available for a daily fee but limited but very tiny entry lane. Can park out front to unload. Very safe area with stunning views and architecture at your doorstep. Definitely will stay again.

Easy access to main tourist spots

This was my 10th time staying at this property and Ive always loved it I spoke with the front desk about my concerns so they are aware The hotel has been very fair to me over the years but next time i think i will look around to other places The things that i was disappointed and let down about were We booked a 1 bedroom suite but we were put in a junior suite No recycling bin in the room Hot tub is non operational

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was fantastic. 5*. Parking, construction, structure left a lot to be desired. So I had to lower my rating. It was passable

The room was updated and of a good size. The bathroom spacious and updated. The location is pretty great (in the upper town). My main issue with the room was the lack of natural light, it is an old building so you hear upstairs neighbours/hallway noises and the pillows were hard on my neck. The breakfast was included but I was on business and the hours didn’t work for me. The breakfast was also in a basement room with no windows.

The staff were amazing in helping me get around. They helped with my reservations, suggestions and distances to locations. They weee so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will stay here again upon my return
