Mixed review on this hotel. The rooms were large with kitchenette that was nice. Bed was okay but not great. One sheet and one duvet style cover. With duvet it was too hot. With only a sheet, it was too cold. Didn’t sleep well. Room was clean. Location of hotel was good right off Hwy 401. Very nice area around back to sit outside. Looked like hotel was going through some repairs. Door and wall repairs on the first floor. Made hotel look tacky. Breakfast was at 7:30. Went down about 7:50 and nothing ready. Front desk said cook didn’t show. I said I’m good with a waffle. He said sorry, waffle iron is broke. Disappointing as free breakfast included was big part of our decision to book this hotel.

Comfortable and great size room. Wish there had been AC in the lobby and eating area and fresh coffee through ut day and evening.

The staff support was the worst part of our stay. They only had 1 person on desk the whole time we were there. There was often a lineup and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone from the desk on the phone. Our tv was broken the whole time we were there. The breakfast was NOT good. The room was lovely and the location was good. I would not choose to stay here again.

Just a one night stay but only decaf coffee in the room for some reason, pool was closed for maintenance, not very strong water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was not very good - cold sausage, eggs and hash browns even though they were all in warmers. Otherwise pleasant stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Staybridge Suites in London, Ontario. My room (2121) was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only issue I experienced was that whenever the whirlpool (jacuzzi) tub in the room above was running, the vibration and noise rattled my entire room. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. One concern I wanted to mention was the accessible parking. There were only two designated accessible parking spaces near the main entrance. When I arrived, one was occupied by a vehicle with a handicap sticker the other one was occupied by a minivan with two families travelling in this minivan so two women maybe three women and five kids were occupied by the minivan carrying a woman with four children and another adult with two children. I was told by them they deserved to use the accessible spaces because they had children. As someone who has a valid accessible parking permit and mobility limitations, this was very difficult. I experience muscle spasms if I have to walk long distances, so I had to drive around the parking lot looking for a space that wasn’t too far from the entrance. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but I hope there can be better monitoring of accessible parking so that those spaces remain available for guests who truly need them. Other than that, my stay was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.

Upgraded to a suite with kitchen. Felt like an apartment not a hotel room. Very comfortable bed.

Property is easy to access. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are generally clean. Bathroom has a peculiar smell.. couldn’t figure out the source. Got room changed but same issue in the other bathroom too. Other than that no other major issues. Will stay here again.

Clean location with friendly staff. We were there on a very busy weekend so the breakfast buffet was hard to navigate, low on seating and slow on refill. Overall good experience and would recommend for families.

Staybridge Suites in London is a mid-range hotel that has reasonable rates for a hotel with a full range of amenities. We had two issues: 1) we knew the hotel was dog-friendly but we did not know there was a $50 charge for our service-trained golden retriever, and, 2) the breakfast buffet (free) was inadequate by most standards and the hotel ran out of food. The 24-hour coffee was terrific but it couldn’t offset the breakfast experience. The room was first class and comfortable. So, the dog charge issue can be resolved with clearer communication and the breakfast requires an upgrade and better planning. The hotel has potential.

There was only one towel in our room, the sheets were dirty, pool was awful. They need renovations.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning. Shoutout to Daniel at the front desk for being very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful when needed.

We got there and there were no cushions on the couch and no remote for the tv. We also thought it was a pull out which it was not, as the room said “sleeps 5” But only had two beds so the staff brought us a roll in bed. The pool we found kinda deep for the smaller kids, my 8 year old could not touch so had to hang out on stairs which kind of was disappointing if you are excited to swim. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! A full breakfast with bacon and eggs! We have been to this hotel several times in the past years, and this is the first time we were kinda disappointed. Will probably look at another hotel when we return back to London
