호텔 전체적으로 고객 위주의 편안함과 친철함을 느꼈음. 다만, SPA /SAUNA 시설및 직원들 응대가 조금 미흡.

Good

We stayed a week in Sofitel Angkor and everything about it, was just fantastic. Hotel is just a few minutes away from Pub Street, yet closer to the Angkor Temple Area. I definitely recommend the swimming pool and it's fine dinning restaurant, including breakfast. We would love to come back to this fine facility soon.

오래되었다고는 해도 여전히 시엠립에서 수영장도 가장 훌륭하고 서비스도 만족스럽고 가장 고급스러운 곳.

출장으로 예약하셨고 마음에드셨다고 합니다

호텔 자체는 낡아 보였으나 청소상태는 아주 좋았습니다. 직원들도 아주 친절했으며 무엇보다 주위가 조용해서 푹 쉬다왔습니다. 수영장도 생각보다 넓고 사람도 많이 없어서 자유롭게 이용했습니다.

9/27-9/30일정으로 앙코르와트에 다녀왔습니다. 12월에 시집가기전에 엄마랑 단둘이 여행을 가고싶었던 참이라 호텔은 좀 좋은곳에 머물면서 효도하고 싶어 예약하게되었습니다. 예약후에, 공항픽업서비스(편도 $35)를 국제전화로 예약해야하는 번거로움을 포함해 홈페이지에 자세한 소개(아침식사, 스파 메뉴 등등)가 없어서 용건이 있을때마다 전화를 해야하다보니 슬슬 짜증도 났습니다만, 직접 방문하고 나니 그런 불만들은 싹 사라졌습니다. 전반적으로 모두 마음에 들었지만, 세가지로 간추려보자면 1. 한국사람들에겐 거의 알려지지않은 호텔이라 외국에 왔다는 느낌을 확실히 받을 수 있습니다. 2. 호텔정문(도로)에서 객실이 떨어져있고 정문과 객실 사이에는 넓은 정원과 연못이 있어서 도로소음이나 먼지등등에 대한 스트레스를 느끼지 않을 수 있었습니다. 3. 조식이 정말 찬사를 해주고 싶을 정도로 맛있었고 분위기 또한 좋았습니다. 뷔페형식으로 18달러(tax, 봉사료 비포함) 였는데 3일 머무는 동안 2번을 갔습니다. 두시간 정도 앉아있었는데, 그동안 못나눈 얘기도 하면서 천천히 식사를 즐길 수 있었던 점, 사진으로 올려두고 싶을 정도로 다양한 음식(샐러드, 과일, 빵, 식사류, 과일쥬스) 들이 전부다 신선하고 입맛에도 잘 맞았습니다. 너무 길게 쓰면 그럴테니 이쯤에서 마치겠습니다.

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the dining, pool and accommodations. It really is a beautiful oasis and the service was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also utilized their service for transportation as well as arranging for a guide. If I ever come back, I will definitely be here again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was perfect. I wish I had all the names of the staff that were so incredible. The concierge was very nice and arranging things too. Wonderful.

A very pleasant stay.

The room was dated and unclean You can hear everything from the room next door The amenities were cheap and insufficient, for $500aud per night you oly get cheap dry freeze coffee and the very average tea bag.

This hotel has two different faces. The first is a quiet, tropical haven. The second face is a transfer site for huge groups of travellers.

Incredible wonderful base of stay to visit Angkor wat and Siem reap. This is an oasis of five star service. But it is not walkable or close to downtown hot spots like pub street and the area outside the compound is a commercial road. The hotel compound itself is a wonderful place to stay with incredible restaurants and service inside. The rooms are airy filled with light and overlook a beautiful central pond with lotuses. The staff is amazing and the entire ambiance is delightful. It’s perfect for a family vacation.

I would really recommend an improvement on the food. Breakfast was amazing. But somehow the poolside bar and dinner restaurant food are below average. Overall we had a really good stay. So if the food is better it would probably be our best stay ever.

Great service. Older resort in Siem Reap but well maintained. I love the pool!

Loved this hotel, just made the trip so unforgettable. 5 star recommendation. Staff is awesome.
