입지는 먹을거리나 즐길거리가 가까운 곳에 있어서 커플 또는 가족끼리 여행 오기 좋네요😁 또 프라이빗한 풀빌라 숙소라 너무 좋고요 침대나 욕실이나 깨끗했고 침대는 아주 편안했습니다. 그리고 냉방이 너무 너무 잘되서 엄청 더운 5월에도 방에서 추웠습니다. 풀에도 햇빛이 안들어와서 물도 시원했구요! 피피섬 다녀온 이후라서 그런지 거의 모든 것에 만족했습니다. 일단 민물이 나오니까.. 단점으로는 어딜가나 수질문제로 샤워기+정수 필터는 필수고요. 여기 방음이 좀 안됩니다. 시끄러워요 밖의 소음이 들리고 옆방도 들려요. 근데 섬에서도 시끄러워서 이정도는 아무것도 아니였습니다.

친절하고 아침식사도 프라이빗하게 먹을수 있어 좋지만 모기가 너무너무 많아오

시설도 별로, 수영장도 작고 기대하고 갔다가 실망만 함

Hotel was fine - close to the beach, lots of restaurants and massage shops are around.. Can get taxi anywhere. Breakfast was not so bad (we had American breakfast, other breakfast options were not so good.) The only thing that bothered me was workers of the massage shops and restaurants right in front of Malisa Villa Suit. They always bothered us. They kept followed us until we pass thorough the end of the street. That was little annoying. But we loved staying at this hotel.

직원들이 그닥 친절 하다는 느낌은 못받음. 공항에서 1시간 정도로 꽤 먼거리임. 룸과 화장실만 실내. 거실과 주방 풀은 야외임.

카타비치에서 5분거리.카타시내와도5분거리-위치가 생각보다 더 좋았어요. 풀빌라가 아주 독립되어 있으며 시끄럽지 않고 한적해서 좋았고, 서비스나 청결면에서도 만족했습니다. 도심에 풀빌라가 많지 않아 고민했었는데 탁월한 선택이었다고 생각합니다. 풀은 화면에서 보는것과 같히 크진 않지만 , 깊이가 꽤 깊고 한적하게 놀기에 적당했습니다.

très sympa . personnel 5/5 . la villa supérieure et très intimiste et j'ai trouvé la piscine plus grande que sur les photos donc génial. les cocktails sont bon la nourriture aussi. vous êtes a côté de tout le nécessaire dans le calme . nous n'avions pas de voisins car low Saison donc a voire en haute Saison.

Very nice updated room. Spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants near the villa. Easy to get food. Walkable to the beach. Perfect area that we dont have to go anywhere esle in transport. Second time here and definitely will come back again.

Great villa, friendly staff good location in kata, just away from the main beach for privacy yet quick walk to get to restaurants, we only need transport to explore out of kata, some areas in the villa are a little tired but over all amazing place to stay, I’d stay there again

An oasis in the middle of chaotic Phuket. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights, beautifully appointed rooms, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool is a dream, comes with its own water fall and outdoor shower. The ground of the hotel is lush and manicured. The hotel breakfast is delicious and full of options. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous karon beach. 5 star experience. We are meh about Phuket in general, but the hotel is the high light of Phuket.

Our stay was wonderful the rooms were super clean the staff was very friendly and our stay exceeded our expectations we will definitely come back to visit the property. One thing that needs improvement is the breakfast was not very good and not many options otherwise everything was amazing

The property is beautiful and layed out in Kata area. The problem is my wife and I purchased a villa in Rawai and were looking for a place to call home while our villa was being upgraded. We ran into a few complications and because we payed in full for the week, the property held us to a NO REFUND policy for the few days of an emergency. We could have been long time guests of the Malisa, but will never visit again, nor recommend it. We have been to 89 countries and will call Rawai Thailand or 4th home. BUT NEVER THE MALISA VILLA
