We only stayed one night here, but our experience was amazing. The staff members offer an excellent service and the place has everything you might need.

Rooms beautiful, great view, near some shops, excellent car park with massive parking spaces, though it is very tight to drive into the underground car park. Breakfast great, good choice and all fresh. Staff all very friendly. Absolutely superb. Rooms all very modern and lovely. 3km walk to Old Town.

Je recommande cet appartement hôtel, très confortable, moderne et bien équipé. Parking sur place appreciable. Personnel agréable. Dommage, qu on ait eu droit qu à 2 capsules de café pour 5 jours. Facile d accès à Pamplona.

Great stay room was spacious with full kitchen even a washer. Even though it was a bit far from center of Pamplona easy to get there by bus or taxi. Nice to have free covered parking. We would stay there again.

Il soggiorno presso Hotel San Fermin è stato ottimo, camere spaziose e pulite, parcheggio interrato compreso, personale disponibile, ecc... Ottima soluzione per visitare Pamplona, da consigliare

El apartamento era muy amplio y en estupendas condiciones. La habitación con las tres camas también era muy amplia y las camas cómodas. El sofá cama del salón aceptable. En cuanto al servicio, tuvimos que reclamar la botella de vino de bienvenida y nos la llevaron al rato. Lo que nunca nos llegó fue el pack de limpieza para la cocina que solicitamos varias veces (estuvimos dos noches)

Great service and stay.

Hotel is not in the best location. Upon entering the room, we got hit with a horrible odor of smoke. We went down to complain and they told us that while we were out, they would put a machine in the room to get rid of the smell. When we were leaving, they then made up an excuse for not being able to provide the machine and only other option was switching rooms. We decided to stay since it was only one night and we had already settled in. That night we hardly slept and I ended up with a migraine due to the smell! Definitely not worth what we paid!

El apartamento muy completo y muy limpio. Con supermercado muy próximo. Las camas muy amplias pero no muy cómodas. Colchones para renovar.

Las habitaciones son enormes, súper bien equipadas, todo muy limpio y el personal no pudo ser más amable hasta nos abrieron antes el desayuno porque íbamos a una carrera ciclista. Sin duda si vuelvo a Pamplona no dudaré en alojarme de nuevo. Y el desayuno completisimode dulce, salado, variedad de tortillas y huevos que los hacían al momento, zumo de naranja natural, de todo. Un 10

Helt greit opphold som vi booket på kort varsel. Supert med gratis parkering rett utenfor hotellet. Det som trekker vår opplevelse ned er at ekstrasengen vi betalte for var ikke oppreis og klargjort. Vi purret to ganger til kveldsvakten som aldri dukket opp… vi sovnet etterheve i en seng uten laken og puter og våknet på morgenen uten å ha fått hjelp. Det gikk helt greit, men dårlig service når de var fullt klar over vår mangel. Ved avreise ble dette påpekt uten noen for forståelse eller medlidenhet.
