This hotel has a lot to offer. Nice ambient, extraordinary life in bar area and nice staff too. Check in is unfortunately the slowest I ever experienced ( and I have more than 120 travel days every year ) But the hotel in general is extremely good value for money

Leider war das Radisson Blu in Bukarest für uns eine echte Enttäuschung und wir würden es nicht weiter empfehlen...wir wurden mit Mails im Vorfeld ausgiebig versorgt um dies oder das zu kaufen.,,auch eine vorherige Zimmerauswahl, damit man ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommt, kostet dann einen Aufschlag von über 20 Euro...da wir nicht wussten, welche ruhig sind, hab ich das extra per Mail angefragt,,,wir hatten dann das Zimmer 602: es war deutlich kleiner als andere Zimmer dieser Kategorie und es lag zwar am Ende des Ganges, aber quer zum Flur und den sehr nahe liegenden Zimmern gegenüber...wir haben keine Nacht durchschlafen können. Ein weiterer dicker Minuspunkt war, das ihm Hotel ein internationales Darttunier stattfand...gefühlt 2/3 der Gäste waren dort aktiv und es war in dem Barbereich und im Hotel sehr sehr laut ...es war wie an Ballermann...absolut ok das die Leute Spaß hatten, aber so eine große Sache sollte im Vorfeld anderen Gästeb mitgeteilt werden...auch beim Frühstück war es super trubelig...alles in allem weit entfernt von einem 5 Sterne Luxushotel...wir sind nachher gegenüber ins Intercontinental Hotel an die Bar gegangen...da war es wie man es in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten darf! Am Empfang war man auch total überfordert; man hat zuerst unsere Buchung nicht gefunden...auch die vorabbezahlte Zimmerauswahl nicht und vorallem nach dem man es fand, konnten sie sich nicht erklären, warum wir nachgewiesener Maßen in der App auch inkl. Frühstück gebucht haben.

i didn't choose breakfast. Room was clean but not so modern needs a not of a revamp. staff were nice althoughh i had a bit of an issue with late check out that was approved by Hotels.com. eventually they agreed but couldn't confirm upon check in. mini bar complementary i found that very nice

The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner seemed watered down or of lower quality. Overall, everything else was amazing and we had a wonderful stay.

The overall impression of the hotel was great. The lobby in particular was wonderful. The breakfast was not particularly good, especially considering the price. The only negative thing was: on the day of departure we asked the staff to order a taxi in advance. The answer was that it will be ordered when you check out. The staff did order a taxi but it never showed up. So we took an Uber because the taxi was already over 15 minutes late. This mess resulted in some additional costs.
