The hotel was nice but the appearance could use some work and the elevators are a little scary. Other than that it’s a good place to stay for the money. The free ride to stockyards is definitely a plus.

We have been staying here a couple times a year for the last 5 years and always had good service from the staff. It’s a nice quiet place with easy access and parking. They are starting a remodel and it was still well kept and clean. Should be even better once it’s all done. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall our stay was okay, definitely not worth the money we paid for a 2 night stay. The thermostat in the room we unreadable so we never knew what temperature the room was. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed water everywhere so every time we washed out hands we got sprayed with water. We had a suite and the door to the bedroom didn't latch unless we lifted the door up as we were closing it. There was no hair dryer and the coffee pot needs replaced, the water trickles out slowly, it took forever to make a small cup of coffee.

Great hotel

Needs new carpet paint and furniture. The carpet has stains and is extremely worn. They put cardboard pieces under the dresser to level it because the dresser drawers would not stay closed. The light switches and plugs were worn and dirty. The shower head needs cleaned. Overall just not a nice hotel. I would not stay there again unless they do a complete remodel.

I liked everything about it. The comfortability was my biggest and I was for sure comfortable..... Adam and Eve never bit the fruit all day comfortable.... I'm just saying!!!!! Oh and the food was A1!!!!

We have stayed at this location several times. Some construction was occurring. Neither of the ice machines were working and the staff appeared to not realize they were not operating (one was completely taken apart). The breakfast was good, many choices. The lady preparing the breakfast bar was very friendly. Easy parking.

Hot tub was out of order and the room had issues with the dresser doors not staying shut, fridge didn't get very cold but we were given another room with no issues

Staff was rude from the beginning.

Definitely a great place to stay, breakfast was awesome. Check in was easy and rooms were clean. Definitely would recommend.

The iron was scorched and of course could not be used. However, the front desk replaced it with a new one. Sometimes when I walked to the desk there was no one available without calling aloud for assistance.

We love making this the hotel we stop at every year when we travel.

I was a little disappointed in this Country Inn. The keys would almost never work to get into my room. I alternated between keys and around the 10th try would be successful. This occurred each time I tried to get in the room. I had to get the key reprogrammed every time I left. The window was broken. It would pop open often. I notified the front desk before leaving for the day, in hopes that, an update would be given. When I returned the window was still broken. Unfortunately, in the middle of winter, this makes it hard to keep the room warm. I also expected USB ports to be available for charging. That was not the case either. The biggest issue that I had was the broken window and door. I will be spending the extra money to stay somewhere else next time.

This property was being remodeled. The pool was closed when we arrived which was one of the reasons we picked the hotel. They did eventually let the kids swim after the tools and workers were done but there was caution tape and a bit of a mess. The rooms had carpet stains as well as stains on the room furniture. Overall the stay was a bit disappointing, I’m sure after the remodel it will be improve.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Only thing was my shower curtain had blood stains at the bottom.
