The staff and service is incredible. Each person takes incredible care to ensure your day is on track. It is hard to compare this level of thoughtfulness to any other resort in the world. The hotel is beautiful and its mangrove setting charming, but the people are what make it so worthwhile.

El servicio del hotel, lo escénico de la propiedad; para ser un hotel de este nivel, se debería ver impecable en todas las áreas, en algunos edificios le falta pintura o por ejemplo la madera de las terrazas de las suites y la alberca, se ven descuidadas, eso se arregla con mantenimiento constante

Probably one of the best vacations we’ve had for a long time. The staff were amazing attentive and very polite. Will definitely recommend the resort and looking forward to travelling there again next year.

An unreal experience. Highly recommend rooms 415 through 419 for secluded privacy. Wonderful suites, incredible architecture, furnishing and amenities. Service level is above any resort we have stayed at before. Every detail was impressive and wonderful. Pricey but worth every dollar.

We absolutely adored our stay! From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure, we felt completely pampered. The stunning grounds surrounded us with breathtaking beauty, creating an enchanting backdrop for our experience. Every detail added to the charm, making our time there unforgettable.

We are regular guest in this hotel for over ten years. We love the services cleanliness and attentiveness here, only prices are going bit up to much every year, same for Spa, how possibly with taxes and service fees on reg bases $515 ? We don’t even see prices like that in most upscale hotels in US. But massage is always great with Ceasar here , highly recommend him. Some Stuff little bit disoriented with new management, some complained about , some seemed optimistic. Great lunches next to pool, next year beach bar and dining area should be renovated. Was not happy about extra nody bites from bugs, I got like 10 all over my legs. Used product in room and plug , did not much gekp, need to update on that. In room dining was attentive, but again over priced. Room always extra cleaned. Birthday celebration this year abd it’s my 50 th was nit addressed, but I still love you guys. We hope to come back sion again.
