조식이 아주 맛있습니다. 직원들이 친절합니다.

구시가지 로열마일 근처라서 편해요. 방크기도 작지 않구요. 하지만 냉장고도 없고, 화장실도 낡았고, 불편함 점도 있어요. TV가 커서 좋았어요. 전반적으로 호텔비 비싼 에든버러에서는 괜찮았어요.

Nice, clean and convenient hotel. Basic breakfast buffet. Kind staffs. No fridge and a very small closet in my room.

Wonderful continental breakfast was provided every morning and the room was clean and relatively spacious.

런던에서 밤기차로 애딘버러에 아침에 도착해서 이른 채크인을 요청했는데. 추가요금 없이. 처리해주었습니다 시설은 깨끗하고 스탭은 친절하여. 매우 만족합니다 다시 방문하고 싶습니다 올드타운 가운데라서 기차에서 든 애든버러성 등 어디든지 도보로 이동 가능해요

Good location, reasonable price. Room was OK. Bed comfortable. Dont provide seperate shampoo and conditioner, but only all-in-one soap/shampoo/body shower. Breakfast was nice except the fact they didnt have many fruits or vegetable. Would recomend.

Gutes Hotel Gute Lage

The location was great, nice and close to the royal mile, walking distance to the train station, and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. The room was nice and big as is the bathroom however the shower was very small once u put the shower curtain around ( wheelchair accessible). The only negative we had was the experience of the elevators. They are incredibly slow. Many times it would skip our floor altogether or it would pick you up only to go up and not down. After waiting 15 mins and still no elevator we lugged the stroller down the stairs. The breakfast was good and free which was amazing. They also gave us a to go breakfast the morning we checked out as we had an early morning flight. The beds were a bit hard. By the second night my hips ached but the location and spacious room made up for the beds. Had we stayed longer than the 2 nights it might have been more of an issue.

Great service and an excellent breakfast. The hotel is so lean and tidy it looks like it was recently renovated.

Staff great, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfy and warm. Good housekeeping team. And the bar is open 24 hrs, which is a bonus when you fancy that 7am glass of wine 😄 Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and choices of hot and continental. My only small issues were: 1. TV in my room wasn't working 2. The coffee at breakfast was mingin.

Very good, clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Bathroom smelled like the sewer. Had to cover shower drain to stop the smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

Incrível, hotel bem localizado e bem confortável

We love this Holiday Inn Express. All the staff especially PANUWAT were great. Panuwat made sure we had everything we needed. He explained all the hotel had to offer. He was kind and patient. Because we are loyalty members (this is our 4th time at this property) he was able to get us a late check out for my senior citizen mother. Thank you Panuwat and IHG!!
