Clean room

I loved the location of this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and amazing. The hotel was spotless, clean and the amenities were great.

Check the dates for when Waterton park is on full activities. Even when the park is open in April, only a few restaurants are.Still nice for the day

I ordered two rooms. But I got only one room. For same price. I got charge tourist levey also. But we are canadian. Living in Alberta

Everything was great and clean. The pool did seem a bit dirty at the waterline and had an excessive amount of sand and dirt in the bottom but other than that it was great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I found the room to be clean, spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed. . Good location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was wonderful. Quick and easy check-in. Loved the large room with 3 queen beds, great for families!

We decided to treat ourselves and book the Ramada. There was nowhere in the room to sit, no table although there was lots of room. I kept hearing this clicking noise which turned out to be the bathroom fan - we were on the top floor and the wind was causing it to click. Had to keep the fan on all night. The neighbors let their kids run free in the hallway and have a racket. We called the front desk finally and someone answered after a while. No idea if they ever did anything. My husband confronted the kids and they just went in the room and it sounded like the were jumping off the bed or bouncing off the wall for a while. I was thankful we weren't below them! When asked in the morning how our stay was, my husband said "terrible" and they didn't even ask why. Pillows were terrible too. Positives are it is next door to Boston Pizza and Walmart, on the main Street. Just not worth paying extra for.

It's a lovely hotel but we had no idea there would be so many kids in the pool that weekend. Staff were great and the room was very clean and spaceous. A few restaurants within walking distance and plenty more in the center of town.

Room was clean and the wifi was very strong.

Staff were great. They were very busy in the midst of a snow storm and highway closure doing all they could. In the morning I noticed the night clerk was shovelling snow, checking people in, and working the breakfast.

Well, it was fine, but really there was only a few choices for hot food at breakfast. Not a problem, really, everything else was very nice indeed.

Replace the pancake machine that is faulty. The machine always malfunctions everywhere i have encountered it,,, many times. Waffle Iron is a reliable alternative and always works.
