The A-Rosa in Kitzbuhel is a well maintained, expansive property with good facilities and service, though it is expensive and at least 15-20 walk from the town centre. Pros - Expansive common areas including large bar area with sushi lounge - Excellent spa area with multiple types of sauna, steamroom etc. - Shuttle service to take you to the main ski lift and back - Good size rooms with well appointed bathrooms - Impressive buffet breakfast - Great, friendly service, for example from the concierge to very quickly purchase ski passes - InterSport shop on site made it easy to rent and return ski equipment Cons - The hotel is situated about 15-20mins walk from the town centre and the shuttle service only runs from 8am until 5pm which means that getting to / from dinner in town requires either a walk or a taxi - The rooms have no air conditioning and our room was overly hot. The only option to have a cooler room is to turn off the radiators and open the balcony door meaning it was very difficult to get an appropriate temperature for sleeping - In some areas the service provision is not 5 star - we we left to park our own car with no valet offered Overall we had a lovely stay at the A-Rosa but felt that ~Eur 700-800 per night (including spa access and breakfast buffet) was on the expensive side for the experience we had, particularly given the out-of-town location

We liked, among other, the pool, the food, the gym, the ski shuttle and the room size. Most importantly the staff were wonderful.

Amazing spa and tasty dinner. Friendly staff. Came back a second year on the row! Love the shuttle to the lift.

Ganz ganz toller Service - wir kommen wieder!

Es war ein ganz wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit fantastischem Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Service ist absolut perfekt. Alle extrem freundlich, alles wird machbar gemacht. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie "Eis am Pool auf der Liegewiese", Geputzte Scheiben zur Abfahrt, eine Rose zur Begrüßung, toller check in, einfach alles perfekt !!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit Wellness (Indoor und Outdoorpool). Sehr freundliches Personal. Einstellhalle mit Elektro-Ladestation. Kitzbühel ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Mehrere Restaurants vorhanden. Halbpension im Buffetrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great spot, staff, food, SPA, atmosphere! And all around wonderful stay! I’ll be back next year 😍

Fantastic place in prime location

Essen war sehr gut, für Kinder ist es leider nicht ideal

Mmmh, lange eines unserer Lieblingshotels. Leider lässt die Qualität deutlich nach. Das Abendessen nur noch durchschnittlich, die Getränkepreise sehr hoch, der Service in der Bar teilweise schwach, im Zimmer dünne Handtücher in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, Minibar nicht gefüllt. Das Frühstück immer noch top mit freundlichem Service.
