전체적으로 여유롭고 시설도 맘에 들었습니다. (발코니가 있어서 좋았습니다) 하지만 도보 여행객에게는 위치가 아쉬운 곳 입니다. 중심가에서 짐을 가지고 가기에 거리가 너무 멀고 힘들었습니다. (오르막도 있어서 결국 한번은 택시를 이용했습니다) 저녁 때 주문해 먹은 음식(1인당 기본 25유로~)은 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 보통이었습니다.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part de tout le personnel, toujours très disponible pour apporter des informations si besoin. L'hôtel est irréprochable en terme de propreté et d'équipement. Très bien situé: proche du centre et d'un embarcadère avec parking. Un grand merci à tout le personnel!!!

Wonderful property with excellent lake views, especially from the roof terrace. Every staff member from reception to the restaurant were kind and very welcoming. I highly recommend the Hotel Royal.

Hôtel au top , bon petit dej le personnel au top j avais demandé une chambre si possible vue sur le lac si ils pouvaient me surclassé si ils avaient de la place car c etait notre anniversaire de mariage et ils l ont fait c était génial avec balcon vue sur piscine et lac . Je tiens à vous remercier le seul hic c est dommage pas de cafetière ou de bouilloire dans la chambre !! C est un petit plus que beaucoup d hotel font , sinon merci un week-end superbe

nice hotel, convenient location, good breakfast buffet

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Les matelas sont à changer. Le reste de la literie est bien notamment les oreillers. Personnel accueillant. Ambiance cosy. Le parking de l'hôtel est un vrai plus. Le centre de Stresa est facile d'accès à pied par un agréable chemin le long du lac qui part à côté de l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Déception quant au restaurant. Le rapport qualité-prix du dîner n'est pas très bon. Il est préférable de dîner à l'extérieur.

Soggiorno di una sola notte, ma molto piacevole. Le stanze sono classiche ma rinfrescate recentemente e confortevoli; la colazione a buffet completa e buona sia dolce che salata. Gentile ed accogliente il personale. Comodissima la stazione d’imbarco di Carciano.

Comfortable, charming hotel. Reception staff helpful, cleaning good, some staff lacking customer awareness and politeness. Maybe at end of September it could be a matter of not enough staff. Beautiful views from the upstairs roof terrace but on arrival told not in use even though advertised on website and inside the hotel...a great disappointment. As the roof area was unavailble there was very limited outside seating in bar area. Limited facilities for lunch or light snacks, but nice gesture in providing canapés with evening aperitifs. However, please take these as constructive comments as we had a nice stay.

Hôtel bien situé, confort chambre et excellent petit déjeuner

Lovely location, friendly helpful reception and restaurant waiting staff; nice room, comfortable beds and very good housekeeping. Delicious breakfasts. However, the terrace bar daytime service was somewhat haphazard and limited. And Unfortunately there was one particular barman who worked Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening who was downright rude. And thus let his colleagues down. Such a shame!!

Hotel Royal has a unique charm due to its garden setting, views of the lake, period decor and gracious staff. It is a quieter alternative to hotels located in the center of town. I hope to return there someday.
