전체적으로 여유롭고 시설도 맘에 들었습니다. (발코니가 있어서 좋았습니다) 하지만 도보 여행객에게는 위치가 아쉬운 곳 입니다. 중심가에서 짐을 가지고 가기에 거리가 너무 멀고 힘들었습니다. (오르막도 있어서 결국 한번은 택시를 이용했습니다) 저녁 때 주문해 먹은 음식(1인당 기본 25유로~)은 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 보통이었습니다.

Las habitaciones impecables, el personal muy amable y profesional, el desayuno era bueno, de 9, y el bar muy bien servido. La zona de piscina no es muy grande y aunque hay aparcamiento gratis, una vez se completan las plazas en el hotel, hay que llevar el coche a una parcela que está junto al hotel pero no muy bien preparada de aparcamiento y sin mucho control.

Everything was perfect from the welcome and the goodby

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal however we do have to unfortunately mention the male bar staff that was very unhelpful when we asked for a drinks around 5.30 we were asked to wait as he was preparing bar snacks for 7 o’clock, while he then asked what we wanted he was unwilling to give us the 2 glasses of wine, and said we could buy the bottle which we declined. The reception, cleaning, breakfast staff were all very helpful.

The stay was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. If I come back to Italy I’d 100% be staying here.

Beautiful hotel, nice facilities & good breakfast. Good location for exploring Stresa & the islands.

Loved the hotel, surrounded by beautiful rose bushes! Stayed in room 341 with gorgeous lake view. Breakfast was great. The only thing is that's about a 20 minute walk to Stresa, however, the walk is beautiful along the lake. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay

A beautiful hotel with remarkable gardens surrounding it. The staff were helpful and Pleasant

Lake view from or balcony and rooftop terrace. Buffet breakfast was grest. Clean room with fresh towels each day. Location was good, 15 stroll along the lakeside into Stresa. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Well recommended. Would definitely stop here again.

Déjeuner très cool mais machine à café pas à la hauteur

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bien placé géographiquement, facilité de parking. Rien d'exceptionnel cependant.

Personnel à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour mon régime sans gluten. accueil d'autant plus apprécié que le personnel parlait français. Hôtel très bien situé avec une belle vue.

It was perfect! All was great,staff, cleanliness, etc

Lovely hotel with large room but on the intersection of busy streets & therefore very noisy . No air conditioning allowed 1st week of May & therefore room was very hot. Dinner selection was limited to full 3 course meals therefore didn’t eat at hotel. Lovely little town to visit their 3 famous islands.

Our room had great views of the lake and islands from a small deck and through windows and a double door. The hotel is about a mile (scenic walk) into town. The breakfast bar offered good but not great food offerings. The furnishings and design are a little tired looking. Service was a tad less than expected.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the aperitivo, served in the bar each evening. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part de tout le personnel, toujours très disponible pour apporter des informations si besoin. L'hôtel est irréprochable en terme de propreté et d'équipement. Très bien situé: proche du centre et d'un embarcadère avec parking. Un grand merci à tout le personnel!!!

Wonderful property with excellent lake views, especially from the roof terrace. Every staff member from reception to the restaurant were kind and very welcoming. I highly recommend the Hotel Royal.
