전반적으로 깔끔하고 무난했습니다 위치가 좋아요 뒷마당이 있어 쾌적했습니다 청결했으나 시설이 조금 낡았어요. 하지만 크게 신경쓰이지 않았습니다.

사진상으로는 마루바닥인데, 우리가 묵었던 방은 굉장히 지저분하고 냄새나는 카페트바닥이었고, 전반적으로 오래된 시설에 에어컨도 청소 안되어있어서 켜지 않았음. 가격에 비해 너무 안좋았슴.

The property has amazing potential but unfortunately the owners are just interested in revenue. I want to buy it and fix it up!!! If you have really really low expectations, you'll be fine. But I expect more from any motel. Do bettet!

I like the yard

Excellent staff ,comfortably room but the only problem many disturbing people behind our room and outside in the parking area noisy people

We have stayed here 4 times and really enjoy the price, grounds, pools, kitchen facilities and diverse families having fun. Unfortunately we noticed that there were a lot of maintenance issues - shower rod loose, door latch loose, toilet leaking so noisily running off and on etc. Reported the toilet with no success. Sad because could be a very enjoyable place.

Well when we pulled up it looked a little bit rough but when we got in the room it was super clean they jad a cute little outdoor pool it's just because its an older Resort staff was friendly

If you’re looking for the sterile modern hotel this isn’t it. It’s got lots of character, is in a great location and the price can’t be beat.

The location is very good. The room was very dirty. The BBQ facility was not ready and dirty The staffs were very good

We were never notified prior to check in that the indoor pool and hot tub are closed but noticed a sign when we checked in so asked and was told only the outdoor pool is open which was disappointing but not the end of the world. The rooms look like they are in much better shape in the photos than they are. The bathtub was rusty and did not drain properly so I had to keep turning off the water to shower or the tub would over flow. This motel will only provide you a key for the door handle lock leaving you no ability to lock the deadbolt when you leave. Without being able to lock the deadbolt the doors look like they could easily broken into and we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything in the room of value. The only "blanket" provided was two flat white sheets and a thin wool blanket between them. They do not provide any toiletries including hand soap... I didn't expect shampoo conditioner etc but I did expect to be provided hand soap so I was able to wash my hands after using the washroom. A stay at UBC was actually cheaper when I booked this room so I regret the decision to stay here over another hotel in the area. Great location as it is very central and the outdoor pool looked well maintained.

Price is lot higher than the quality. Do not recommend anyone to stay.

This establishment should be taken off this platform, it’s dangerous. The plumbing flooded 2 separate times there was urine and old food coming out the toilet and sink. I had ever $300 worth of clothes damaged due to flooding.

Good for kids or adults. Indoor and outdoor pool, hottub, bbq for guest

Quite dated, clean enough, air gaps around doors and air conditioning, amenities for a few day stay would be very reasonable.

Mold on bathroom walls/joints. Shower head not functioning. Door frame fell off in night. Rules enforcing smoking not followed. Animal poops left on lawn. Pool awesome. Beautiful courtyard but not kept clean. Playground needing much repair.

The property wasn't clean. Bedsheets smell. Need an improvement

It was an excellent experience very welcoming. Also go through the situation that came up with the reservation, not on their end. Different end. And they took care of the problem, so I would go there again anyway.

We loved the amenities in this hotel. My kids had a great time there. But I’m so disappointed when we check in. I reserved a 1 bedroom suite, with kitchen and they told me that they don’t have available one for me. They offer me a 2 queen bed room and they let me use a room with kitchen just for that night, but we cannot sleep in the room because there is not enough beds for us. They told me that they just received my confirmation from expedia 30mins before I check iin, and we check in around 8pm. They gave me an opinion, to get the rooms they offer or cancel my reservation. I have to take their offer to stay there, for my kids, because they love the pool and playground there. But very disappointed that they give our room to others to get more money.
