The staff were great. They check in to see how everything was in our room. Very friendly. Room was clean. We went to the hockey game and it was only a 18 minute walk from the hotel which was nice. Lots of restaurants and pubs along the way.

We were in town for a concert so we especially loved the close proximity to Roger’s Place. It was about an 20 min walk or 5 min cab ride to the event center. Our rooms were spotless, the bed was so comfortable and staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful. Great quality and value for a high end property. Highly recommend, can’t wait to stay here again.

Very happy with our stay! I mentioned in the booking notes that we were coming for my husband's birthday, and we got upgraded to a suite for no extra charge, plus a complimentary bottle of wine!

Sink didn't drain. Receptionist refused for Uber driver to deliver food to the door. Insisted that I go to the lobby
