The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! Front desk staff were always exceptionally friendly, they were a huge help throughout my stay.

I made mistake when i booked the hotel but they helped me out and let us early check-in. Their shower was amaizing. So powerful and i could easily change the temperature. I liked their king size bed also. We had breakfast too. Full Irish breakfast. It was tasty and i recommend their croissants.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Loved that they have a water tap at the entrance to fill your water bottle. Walkable. Easy parking.

Great soot

Having prevously stayed in two modern hotels on our tour, the Dromhall is older, more traditional and rather grand. It is a short walk to and from the town centre and parking was ample, but at times of the day only just sufficient for those staying or visiting. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the inclusive breakfast, part buffet part served, was excellent. Our room was comfortable and quiet, our only concern being that although it was merely warm weather the room was rather stuffy as the windows can only be opened a little bit. A fan in the room mitigated this to some extent. My wife finds stairs difficult now so we were reliant on the lift. Note singular and our only complaint about the Dromhall is that it was small and the slowest lift we have ever known. Lift capacity at the hotel appeared to be strained when busy, especially as house keeping also have to use it for their trolleys.

Beautiful property with easy parking and access to city streets. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Breakfast was available for 20 euro pp but we didn’t eat there.
