인스부르크 중앙역에서 차로 10-15분정도 (택시비11유로) 떨어진 곳에 위치. 역으로 갈때는 버스를 이용 (3유로). 바로 뒷산에 20분정도 올라가면 인스부르크 시내 전경을 감상할 수있슴. 1층은 꽤 큰 식당으로 저녁에 맥주한잔 하기 좋음. 조식은 가격대비 괜찮았음.

가격 대비 편의시설이 전혀 없어 불편하였습니다. 티포트 등 내부 편의기구가 전혀 없이 침대와 옷장만 떨렁있고 호텔이라기 보다는 가정집을 빌려서 객실로 사용하는 별관 같은 곳 1층에 방이 있어 불편하였습니다. 내려다 보는 뷰가 아니라 도심에서와 같이 산을 위로 처다보는 뷰였습니다.

위치는 매우 좋고, 한적합니다. 여름인데 에어컨이 없어서 늦은 밤까지 더웠고, 와이파이를 한 기기에만 적용할 수 있어서 조금 불편했습니다. ( 모바일 혹은 노트북 중 번갈아가면서 사용 필요했습니다 ) 한적한 휴가를 원한다면 좋을 것 같습니다. 방의 상태는 좋았습니다.

Nice place with good access to the tram and bus that can take you into old town. Also your right near the Ambras castle which is maybe a 15 minute walk and worth the trip if your a history buff. It does cost $ if you want to go inside, but the grounds are open to the public. It's a beautiful location.

Pros and cons: Pros: amazing breakfast; charming architecture and history Cons: horrible internet; rock hard bed; verrrrrry moody manager. I asked months ago when I booked my stay if a fan would be available and was told yes and then was made to feel like a fool for asking for it when I arrived because I was told the room would be cool but rest assured some nights you need the fan (don't gaslight me please and just give me what you promised without a hard time); I stayed 4 nights and never had my room cleaned once but when I asked for an extra towel I was made to feel like a greedy fool. It's not a bad place, just some poor attitudes from some employees. Other members were amazing.

We stayed here for 4 nights for my 16 year old's birthday trip. After booking in, I reached out to the hotel in advance to get the balloons done in the room as a surprise and Tanja from the hotel was so helpful to arrange it. Thank you for it. The hotel was fantastic, room was clean and spacious. The shower room was spacious and super clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the key highlight. Lots of varieties to taste in the authentic Austrian styles, in addition to the continental. The location was convenient, easily accessible in 10 min from the city centre by public transport - bus or tram. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and the tram stop is just few minutes walk away. The hotel provided a pass as we're staying for more than 3 nights and it helped in the public transport and in getting some discounts in some attractions. The views around the hotel is super scenic. We enjoyed the stay here. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Innsbruck.

Uma estadia muito boa, localização de fácil acesso ao centro por ônibus e ao lado de um grande shopping center. O café da manhã do hotel é muito bom e os recepcionistas são muitos agradáveis.

Property was clean, quiet, and easy to travel to and from. They also provided a nice breakfast spread.
