Estávamos de passagem na cidade e escolhemos o hotel para passar a noite. Hotel maravilhoso, jantar espetacular. No dia seguinte pudemos ver um pouco mais do hotel e ficamos com vontade de estender uma diária para poder aproveitar mais o hotel. Ficará para a próxima. Indico com certeza.

I want to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent stay at your property. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we arrived around 7:00 PM for a one-night stay. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities as planned. However, I had a conversation with the receptionist, and she kindly agreed to grant us a late check-out. Since we were scheduled for a safari in Kruger Park the next morning, this was very much appreciated. We left for the safari at 5:30 AM and returned around 12:30 PM. Upon checking in at the reception, we were informed that we needed to vacate our room by 1:00 PM. This meant we only had about half an hour to pack up and shower, which felt rushed, especially after an early start. At exactly 1:00 PM, while I was in the shower, the receptionist repeatedly called my room, threatening to charge extra fees unless I left the room immediately. I was left with wet hair and was forced to carry my clothes in my hands, all while struggling to pack up my belongings and get to my car. This level of urgency and lack of consideration was completely unacceptable, especially after the understanding we had regarding the late check-out. Given the significant amount of money we spent on this stay, this experience was extremely disappointing. I have never encountered such poor service and a lack of empathy at a hotel. Safari was overpriced and lacked experience of the park and the truck they used was overheating

This place was fantastic, if a bit aged. We had an issue with a room, and they promptly moved us to a new room with no hassle. The food was mixed, so would recommend trying to find elsewhere

Tosi mukava hotelli, aika hiljainen ja rentouttava, joten sopii hyvin esimerkiksi pariskunnille. Ravintolassa vähän hidas palvelu mutta siisteys, 24h respa ja turvallisuus oli suurta plussaa.

Casa do Sol was quiet compared to our previous stays here but this didn't stop the staff doing everything they could to make our stay agreeable. Of particular note was the high standard of the food which we thoroughly enjoyed. Go now and enjoy as the hotel will soon be busy again. A great place to stay before you go into Kruger.

very disappointing - the rooms m needed a thorough clean - tiles in shower had mildew and cobwebs in the room, carpets smelt musty. paving on pathway covered with moss- hazardous. needs a good scrubbing. worst was the lack of food. we were told that they had 2 hake, 1 steak, no burgers etc yet they were on the menu. no tomato sauce , jam

The property is amazing, good breakfast. Our bathroom specifically was a let down which made the experience just okay.

I had some few issues with the booking we were to stay for two nights but at the reception they had only one night after verification the issue was solved the rest of the stay was lovely

Les balcon sont plein de fourmis et. D'insectes qui. Rentre sous les portes et grimpe partout. Le. Court de tennis et la. Piscine sont tres mal. Entretenu. Hotel 2 etoiles sans plus

Hotel is quite unique and though fully designed, with very spacious and lovely garden area. Breakfast is awesome, staff are all very very friendly and helpful.Near to hazyview city center

Nice to return back to the hotel to see the nothing had been change. The same old good hotel. The only thing I would recommended to improve is the the food at the dinner.

nice place with connections to many areas. staff helped me book last minutes tours. the only thing is that the place was not cleaned or set up for my arrival. the bathroom was not clean!

Great reception. Friendly and porter service. Was exhausted and probably one of the most comfortable beds ever. Suggestion, WiFi in the room is a must for business. More TV channels would be great.

Really nice resort imitating a Mediterranean village

We Loved this hotel! The rooms were great, the bathrooms were clean with great water pressure in the showers. The food and location was perfect. It was fun to see the monkeys in property and the Elephants from the next property while on property. To improve: make sure electricity is working in all rooms - my friend has not electricity and then no outlets working in her 2 rooms. Ours though was great. Also, check in and front desk service was very slow - it seemed the staff strugled with the PCs. The food service staff and the bell staff were FANTASTIC. If we go back we will want to stay here again.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! I was not expecting this based on the good reviews, however upon check in and check out we were urged to write positive reviews about the hotel online.... the pool area is nice, but that is it. The rooms are small, dirty and disgusting. I could not wait to leave! There is one restaurant on the property, which I was actually looking forward to based on reviews. The night we were there, they only offered the buffet option, which ended up being more expensive than many of our other meals in South Africa. We were worried to get food poisoning from the buffet food and barely ate! Not worth it! Stay elsewhere.

Very welcoming staff, clean, great food, great pools

Great hotel. Comfortable location. Has a rustic Spanish feel. Can use some uplift to rooms but great stay overall. Minus poor internet
