처음에 방을 배정받아갔을 때, 큰 바퀴벌레가 발견되어 다시 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 기차역이랑 가까워서 좋았지만, 주변에 크게 볼것이나 쇼핑 등은 불가합니다. 쉬다가 가시거나 근방 여행을 하시기엔 괜찮습니다.

Petit dej très bien, grande chambre mais ne comptez pas sur la piscine qui est 1 payante 2 fermée à partir de 17-18h Complètement idiot !

Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

The bath alone is worth every bit. People with many ailments come to the baths for relief.

Very comfortable hotel and dining was very good. The room had lovely views and was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful but some more information about access to facilities would have been helpful.

La literie est bien. Il est dommage d’apprendre en arrivant que la piscine fait parti des thermes et que le prix est de 10€ par personnes. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner.

Leider in die Jahre gekommen und viel zu viel Bustourismus, Frühstück nicht für Massentorismus ausgelegt. Lange Schlangen und übervordertes Personal. Pool nicht dierekt am Haus und Eintrittpreis erforderlich!! nicht includiert!!

Staff very helpful….delicious breakfast

I recently stayed at your hotel and while there were some positive aspects, I unfortunately left with a mixed impression. First and foremost, I must commend the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to help certainly made my stay more pleasant and helped to create a welcoming atmosphere. However, the hotel itself left much to be desired. The decor and furnishings felt outdated, giving the entire establishment a neglected appearance. It was clear that the hotel is in need of renovations to modernize the space and improve overall comfort. Another disappointing aspect of my stay was breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. A more extensive and appealing breakfast menu would undoubtedly enhance the experience for guests. Overall, while the friendly staff is a significant asset, the outdated facilities and lackluster breakfast options detracted from my overall experience. With some improvements in these areas, could become a much more appealing destination for travelers. I hope my feedback proves helpful and wish the best for the hotel in the future. Sincerely, Ivo

Se avete comitive numerose, che vogliono assolutamente fare colazione alle 7.00 del mattino, vi consiglio di avvisare i clienti ( coppie o lavoratori, che soggiornano per altri motivi quali lavoro, ecc ) in modo che possano organizzarsi ed evitare lunghe code e caao ai tavoli del buffet. Grazie.

Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient.
