키즈클럽,공연, 식사가 만족 스러운 곳 입니다. 레스토랑, 키즈클럽 직원들도 친절한 편이지만 몇가지 단점이 있네요. 1. 호텔 어느 곳에서도 와이파이가 원활하지 않아요 . 2. 조식이 8시부터인데 비행기 시간때문에 7시에 먹으러 갔더니 (4시부터 간단한 조식 가능하다고 했음) 말라빠진 빵 1종류, 제대로 냉장보관 되지 않은 치즈. 햄 1~2가지 ,전날 저녁식사 부터 남은 과일 몇가지가 다 였어요. 직원이 상주 하지 않는건 이해하지만 제대로된 음식이 없는건 너무 심하게 기분이 나빴어요. 추가요금 내고 점심이나 저녁으로 변경도 안되면서 서비스 의지 자체가 없음이 여실히 느껴졌네요 3. 택시 콜 서비스... 출발 전날비행기 시간에 맞춰 택시를 요청해놨는데 택시를 불러놓지않아 20분 가까이 기다리게 만들었음. 교대 직원들 간 의사 소통이 제대로 안될수는 있으나 미안하다는 제스처도 없었음.

A really good holiday the hotel was great the suite we had was fantastic would highly recommend

We loved our weekend stay at the Tropic Garden. The staff were wonderful, especially lovely Alberto who worked the bar and restaurant. A couple of notes of caution though - the free hotel WiFi is very slow so if you need to work, make sure you have pretty of data / a personal hotspot. And also be careful around the pool as the floor tiles are unusually slippery when wet. Other than that, enjoy! We will be back again for sure.

Rooms extremely dated, corridors full on huge planters with only mud in most. Breakfast terrible, quality very poor. Tiles around pool extremely dangerous and slippery. No lifeguard even in a pool so so busy, accident waiting to happen. This is not a 4 star hotel and I would never return. I am thankful we only stayed for 2 days.. I would have moved elsewhere if I had booked longer.

The hotel is looking a bit tired. The only change I noticed since we last came 14 minths previously was the addition of two robots moving plates around in the dining hall. Staff are mostly very good and the entertainment is also good.

Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Return This is the first review I’ve ever written, which probably says a lot about how much this experience stuck with me – unfortunately, not for the right reasons. From the start, the hotel felt underwhelming. The rooms were dark, the pillows were uncomfortably small, and the air conditioning kept switching off and on all night, making it almost impossible to sleep. We didn’t get a proper night's rest the entire week. Noise was a major issue – other guests were loud and disruptive, especially at night, and there didn’t seem to be any effort from staff to manage this. When we checked out, I said “I’d like to check out,” and the receptionist just said “OK” – no “how was your stay” or even a polite goodbye. It summed up the general attitude we experienced throughout the week. The water and coffee had a strange, earthy taste that put us all off – none of us ended up drinking it. As we were on a B&B basis, we found the service a bit lacking – for example, when ordering a beer, we were given a tiny cup, which felt a bit stingy. Around the pool, there were nowhere near enough umbrellas, which made it difficult to escape the sun. To be fair, perhaps the price reflects the experience, but we stayed in a cheaper hotel the previous week and had a much more enjoyable time. All in all, I wouldn't return or recommend this hotel.

Fantastic resort great helpful staff will definitely be back

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. We were breakfast only which was very nice. We tried the dinner one night as we’d left it too late to go out and still see the entertainment (for our daughter, I wouldn’t have minded otherwise). I wouldn’t recommend that for what we paid. I found the hotel a bit on the expensive side for drinks but we did have a fridge so we could have drinks in our room. Room was fine, bathroom had a leaking shower but it didn’t bother us really. The entertainment team really try but I think the evening entertainment could be better though they did certainly kept the children happy. Depends what you want. We had a really nice time for our 4 night stay.

The hotel is bright and clean and good value for money. Not the best hotel ever, but perfectly good.

Large hotel suitable for families. We chose it for its proximity to our grandchildren who live nearby. Comfortable, spacious, clean room with nice view. Negative points were in the bathroom, no handrails or non slip mat, no walk in shower. These are important to us being elderly. Outside areas also tended to be quite slippery, especially near the pool.

We loved our stay here, perfect for families, with a choice of indoor and outdoor pool areas, good location with a park and supermarket at hand! We would love to come back!

In einer sehr schönen Anlage konnte der Urlaub entspannt genossen werden. Das Personal - auch das Reinigungspersonal - war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war bei großer Auswahl sehr gut und abwechslungsreich (u.a. Themenabende). Wir hatten All Inclusive und auch diesbezüglich waren die enthaltenen Leistungen sehr gut. Neben dem schönen Außenpool gibt es auch ein Indoorbecken, dass beheizt war; hier ist auch die Sauna zu finden. Wir waren in den Herbstferien (Oktober) dort, so dass das Hotel auch nicht überfüllt, wann auch gut besucht war.

the property was very neat and clean and staff were lovely, specially cleaning staff who did a great job with the rooms. Spacious room which had a separate kitchenette area. Good location just a few minutes walk away from the beach and restaurants… good price of the drinks etc. Could have had different breakfast buffet options though, they had exactly the same thing everyday. Also the tv dint seem to connect to the smart apps - YouTube / Netflix / prime video and when we asked the reception there wasn’t much follow up from their end so we gave up.

Our room was clean and spacious and the additional space of the terrace was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food provided was of a very good standard with plenty of selection at breakfast and dinner. The only downside I felt was the bar area in the evenings. There was always a queue for sevice and the room itself was totally devoid of any atmosphere.

Nice view. Good pool area. Comfortable bed. TV small, not smart. No usb. Hot tub broken, was fixed. Cabana bed severely broken, technicians tried to fix it, made it worse, eventually got a replacement after being told they wouldn’t be able to replace as end of season! Outside chair broken. Kettle handle broken. Room clean but in need of a deep clean. Fridge rusty. Toilet, sink and bidet all cracked. Toilet seat needs replacing. Microwave dated and temperamental door close. Breakfast - decent choice, same daily. In our opinion not 4 star. Needs improvement.
