직원분은 너무친절했습니다 체크인도 쉬웠으며 호텔은 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 단지, 옆방 소리가 너무 잘들렸습니다 바로 옆에서 이야기 하는 느낌

Shady part of town

This hotel is an older hotel and although it has had some updating it is showing its age. Our room appeared clean but we spilled some water on the floor and when we cleaned it up the towel was disgusting. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was only 6 minutes from the Oval and the neighborhood was super safe.

I left a ring by accident on the dresser. I called back and they said nothing was in that room and nothing was turned in obviously it wound up in the maid‘s hands so it’s a matter of police and insurance now.

It was alright. The duvet was dirty and none of the duvets had duvet covers. But besides that the place was clean, the price was good and the breakfasts was wonderful.

Got a room and didn’t have a bathtub so went to see about a new room. No questions asked and we got a new one. Nice customer service!

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Clean facilities, safe, quiet, free breakfast, free parking, a beautiful walk-in shower, lovely reception staff -- nothing to complain about! All for a really affordable rate.

Outdated but did the job

Quiet and clean. Great spot for the price point.

Really great location. Walk across the street for the Bow River trail. Close to the hospital which saved on visiting. Stay here for location and renovated rooms... don't stay for the fitness room (lame) or the hallways (older carpet). Breakfast simple and average

The room was fine it was clean. The location was great as it was close to an appointment I had. It was nice to have access to breakfast.

Great location! But highway rush hour would be hard to get out of the road

Property was great, however we booked 2 rooms and the staff member at check in forgot to take an incidental deposit for one room. Whilst we had left the hotel to go to a restaurant for supper, she kept calling us telling us that we had to return immediately to fix her screw up. We weren’t impressed as our company from Australia had just arrived in Canada.

A convenient location, quiet and reasonably priced.

We didn't like the smell of the room. They use very perfumy cleaning products to cover up the old stale smell of the hotel.

We really like the location. Great getting an early start heading west out of the city. Continental Breakfast is included. Price is right. Covered Parking Garage.

Quiet little hotel, hidden location but drivable to many nearby stores/restaurants. staff was friendly, clean facilities, bed was super comfy, feel very safe. Breakfast was a highlight, had great options, my kids enjoyed the self made waffle.
