Melati is one of the sh*tty place to stay we will never recommend this place to anyone the manager was really piece of shit he wasn't professional he is like uneducated person who doesn't know ho to talk how to handle the hotel booking and all that we pay for the 3 person 2 night and he was keep arguing with us that we pay for 2 person and than he was asking for the extra person charge which we already pay. Long story shot he was trying to scam but we call website's CS and then they called him for the booking when he realized that we know better than him then he become so kind and decent person the manager (Noni) may be you guys will see him if you go there because that resort doesn't have any professionalism so I don't think Resort management will even ask how about the sh*t he doing with customers. For this sh*tty resort we pay more than 18000 Baht just for 1 night.

It is the first trip that we heading to Koh Samui, firstly we are looking for another beach resort but the hotel informed us that the resort is closed during the pandemic period. Therefore we moved to Melati Beach Resort for this period of stay. We have disappointed at first because we looking for a Two Single Bedroom, but it comes only a Double Bed with a Single Bed additional bed. Overall is still OK.
