The Internet is not very good, it's in a remote place. But the facilities are very nice and the host is very friendly. There is also a free parking lot.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Pool konnten wir auch noch im September genießen und der Weg in die Stadt war sehr angenehm zu gehen

El hotel Juliane se encuentra en una calmada zona Merano. Los cuartos pequeños pero cómodos. Cuenta con una piscina de muy buen tamaño además de sauna y vapor.

Beautiful hotel in lovely location. Unfortunately I arrived too late and left too early to take advantage of the spa and wonderful swimming pool. But I will return to do so at a later date. Very welcome break from a long drive through the small mountain roads.

Nice hotel to stay in Meran. City Center is just a 15 min walk.

Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). Definitely an overrated and overpriced hotel for the experience offered.

Momentan ist eine Baustelle in der Nähe. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Meine Frau und ich haben 4 Tage in Meran verbracht. Das Hotel Juliane ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Und trotzdem ist man sehr schnell zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus im Zentrum. Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme. Die Aussenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön!

Loved the service, breakfast was excellent

The service was very friendly and helpful. The location was great as well. After dinner the 10 to 15 min walk back to the hotel was rather enjoyable. I felt the mattress and pillow could have been better. they felt squishy, but not in a comfortable way. Also, I felt the room could have had more and better placed electrical outlets. The final complaint is the hotel was experiencing internet issues while I was there, but this was most likely fixed just after I left. Overall I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

Amazing hotel, the service superb, the breakfast was perfect. I booked for one and it came with a single bed where im used to a double or queen minimum but i guess this is standard in parts of europe.

Positiv ist die Lage des Hotels unweit von Schloss Trautmannsdorff und auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Defizite sind beim Personal und Service zu vermerken, wobei ich das Personal an der Rezeption ausdrücklich ausnehme, das war durchweg freundlich, aber ansonsten überwiegte die Unfreundlichkeit, man kam sich teilweise nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein Störenfried vor.

preis zu hich dür dieses hotel das in die jahre gekommen ist... bad war zwar sauber, aber morchlgeruch war vorhanden...

Lovely hotel with helpful staff, beautiful pool and gardens within walking distance of the centre of Merano.

This hotel is a 20 min walk from the centre of Merano, and is set in leafy surroundings of (mostly) large houses. A tranquil and up market environment. The hotel is clean, very comfortable with outstanding service from all the staff we met. The hotel restaurant was also excellent both for dinner and breakfast. Merano itself is a larger town than we had expected but the centre is very easy to explore with plenty cafes, restaurants and shops worthy of browsing. The gardens/walking paths either side of the river are a great asset to the town.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Tolles Ambiente, ein großes und schönes Swimmingpool! Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.

Im Villenviertel in Meran, unweit vom Sissiweg liegt versteckt ein Hotel, schwer zu finden, auch mit Navi , privat geführt, dessen Freundlichkeit des Personals mich dann doch überrascht hat. Selten, dass jemand mal auf die unterschiedlichen Charaktere so dezitiert eingeht. Sonderwünsche wurden sofort und problemlos erfüllt. Meran Zentrum zu Fuß war kein Problem. Am Denkmal von Sissi fühlte man sich direkt in die damalige Zeit versetzt. Die Busanbindung zurück war ideal.

Everything about this hotel was good, the comfort, the facilities, the staff, the food and the view from the balcony were all good.
