Dmall에서 15-20분 거리에 있습니다. 무료 아침 식사만 제공하고 오전 10시 이후에는 음식이 없습니다. 게이트에서 객실까지 올라가는 것이 힘듭니다. 첫 식사에 알레르기 반응이 있었는데, 다행히 호텔에 간호사가 있습니다. 하지만 다시는 가지 않을 것 같습니다. 게이트에서 건물 앞으로 올라가는 셔틀이나 etrike와 음식 서비스를 제공한다면 다시 갈 수 있을 것 같습니다. 하지만 여전히 이럴 거라면 이 호텔에 체크인하는 사람들에게 권하지 않을 것입니다. 특히 노인과 장애인은 엘리베이터도 없거든요. 전반적인 경험 5/10 전망, 청결함, 친절한 직원 때문에 5점을 줄게요.

Stayed for 2 nights here. Hotel staff are polite and nice, they were approachable.

The room is clean and spacious. Staff is accomodating despite our super late check in. The shuttle driver is friendly. The pool is clean.

Staffs are very accomodating. Short of Staff in the restaurant that's why lots of delayed food. Close to puka beach but too far from the mall but theirs a free shuttle however it only has 4 time rotation with in the day. Its very nice and peaceful place. They only have infinity pool for amenities. Rooms looks very old, but big and spacious.

Perfect for our 10th year anniversary. Budget wise, complete amenities and serene place. After a tiring day doing land/water activities, alta vista is a fantastic place to recharge. It's another side of boracay wherein you can relax and enjoy. Although far from the white beach, they provide shuttle services to and from dmall. They can even bring you to and from puka beach in your own timeframe. The staffs are great, the place is picturesque, the food is amazing. We love it.

Room was huge, swimming pool was decent, staff are nice. Away from the noise so you'll get a good rest. I just wish they had more schedules with their shuttle going to and from Station 2. And more breakfast options.

Staffs are very helpful. Shuttle service is on time. The breakfast silog is flavorful and delicious.

We waited for 2 and half hours for our breakfast. We called the reception 3x. The first time they asked what will be our choice of food. Take note before we checked in they've already asked what breakfast we preferred. The 2nd time we called they said it was on the way. We waited for an hour, the 3rd time they changed our breakfast and said the available food was only tapa and tocino. It was so frustrating! There are no available restaurants near the resort. You need to travel to the main beach to eat. Plus the staff weren't approachable and seem not to care about the guests. The shuttle driver was too lazy to greet us or open the door or even offer to carry our baggage. Better to book your stay near the main beach.

overall our stay is good the hotel is not perfect a little bit some hassle we encountered like location of hotel is very far from the white beach so you will consume a lot of time waiting for shuttle and the buffet needs to improve a lot the bright side we meet shuttle dispatcher having a great job accommodating guest shout outs to DUDZ

We had an awesome stay at Alta Vista. Enjoyed the view, the breakfast and the transfers. Will surely comeback😊.

The place is far from the white beach and puka beach of Boracay. There is only one shuttle every hour. Food is ordinary, hotdog, pork tocino, cereals, bread, egg, etc. The scenery is great and the place is very clean. They do not allow you to pay for a full day's stay if you arrive early but instead ask for Php1000/hr early check-in charge which in turn becomes more expensive than a full day rate and has no free breakfast coupon.

We enjoyed our stay all the time :) Peaceful hotel.

The place is nice and worth the penny. Infinity pool is awesome at night. Staff are very kind and accommodating. I will definitely go back to this place 🙌

They didn’t inform us that they don’t have shuttle from hotel to D’Mall. They only send you to Citymall and from there you need to take a tricycle which was very hassle to us. Their reason was because of the road construction. But how about the other hotel like Savoy? They have shuttle from Hotel to D’mall even if there has road construction. How frustrating! We will not go back here ever.
