Very unique hotel , staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff were wonderful, very clean with nice amenities. Restaurant was good. Definitely will stay here again.

A Lovely Stay with Thoughtful Service

Staff was incredible and always went above and beyond. Board room, gym, pool, and jacuzzi were all top notch. Rooms were kept well cleaned and had great amenities. Restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend.

Perfect staycation for a downtown hotel. Very clean and staff was very attentive.

The rooms and ambiance is constantly perfect. Bedding and towels are comfortable and clean.

Rooms are good (average) but the vibe of the hotel is fantastic. Fantastic guest experience, wonderful visit. Great location! Highly recommend!!

Second visit and the staff were again outstanding, very welcoming and eager to assist. I showed up at the lounge after a show just a few minutes before they were due to close but they insisted my nightcap would be no bother. I also told myself I could use the steam room as a reward for working out at the gym, but ended up just having a steam, and that turned out to be a great idea, too. Lastly, the location, if you’re in town for an arts performance, is just about perfect. This time the performance centre I was going to was literally on the same block.

All of the team members at the hotel that we encountered gave us exemplary customer service. Incredibly friendly, very attentive, proactive and accommodating. We genuinely felt like it was there pleasure to give us the best experience possible.We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a lovely suite with a balcony that had a large bathroom, a living area and bedroom. Their pool and spa area is wonderful. The location cannot be beat. You can walk everywhere from there and you’re close to the skytrain. Will definitely be coming back.

La atención del personal fue insuperable. Saki y Carol fueron muy amables, nos ayudaron y nos dieron recomendaciones en todo momento. La habitación confortable y limpia, la regadera excelente para un baño después de un día frío. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para caminar a Gastown, Yaletown, Vancouver lookout y otras atracciones. Tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Tiene una alberca que está a una temperatura tibia por la mañana y también tiene un área de entretenimiento con ajedrez, scrabble y otros. Recomiendo el lugar !

I have stayed at this hotel for years unfortunately not as good as it used to be. The hot tub was cold and food was terrible. I used to love hotel
